My fiance and I started training with Cleveland after I met him at a business meeting. Together we went over our goals which were a) to get ready for our wedding and b) to lead a healthier lifestyle in general. With incredibly competitive prices for personal training services, we signed up not only for his circuit training sessions at his gym but also for his 30-day nutritional planning. Cleveland was incredibly thorough in his insight into our eating habits and offered realistic and helpful suggestions to our day-to-day diets. We've carried over that new-found knowledge and continue to train with him at the gym. Over the course of the last month my fiance and I have seen a combined weight loss of about 15 pounds. But we also feel stronger and have more energy. Cleveland knows how to motivate you, without making you feel intimidated. The atmosphere in his gym is welcoming and nonjudgmental. I had my first training with Cleveland yesterday and MAN he is incredible. We did various workouts including weights, body weight, TRX, ropes, etc., and he kicked my butt but in a way that was fun and enjoyable. Cleveland is not the kind of trainer that pushes you until you puke. He is the kind of guy that makes you work hard, to your limit, and does so with positive energy and encouragement. If you want to jump start your workouts, check him out!!!

There is Nothing like health. Working out with coach Cleavland helps me be so amazingly healthy and full of energy. I fly through the rest of my week. And I performe so much better at my job and it helps be better at the sports I enjoy. And the time of the workout goes so fast. An hour is like 10 minutes. Also I feel less guilty when I eat the foods that I enjoy, because I burn it all.
