Jerry’s office has taken care of our multiple insurance needs for a while now, and I can say with confidence that they are a trustworthy, dependable, and transparent State Farm branch. Every time I interact with a representative on the phone I get all my questions answered and feel well taken care of. Tracy was especially warm and helpful today when helping me add a car to our plan. Thanks to Jerry, Tracy and all the other nice reps over the years who have given us confidence in our continued business relationship.

I have been a customer of state farm and specifically Jerry since 2000. Any time I have a question they are on top of it. Most recently I had a couple of incidents involving out of state State Farm issues that had technically nothing todo with Jerry and team. Ashley on multiple occasions was the star of the hour researching the issue, reaching out to head office and to the out of state office. Her very strong understanding of the business and her amazing communication skills not only fixed the issues but was able to leave me in a place of understanding the problem and feeling confident everything was sorted. Thanks again to the amazing team working for Jerry Selvitella. Jerry and team are experts and I am confident they have your back.

Just became my own policy holder after being on my moms account for a few years. I had a questionable experience with one of the woman who works there, but I was referred to Ashley Ortega by my mom who said she has always been super helpful. When I tell you she goes above and beyond it is not an exaggeration. She is amazing, genuine and caring. If it wasn’t for Ashley I probably would have switched to a different company. Any fears or little worries were washed away after my conversation with her. If you need help Ashley is the person to talk to.
