I dropped my vehicle for an interior detailing job, when I arrived for pick up almost 2-3hours later the 400$ job was mediocre at best. There were still cleaning products inside my car, liquid in the catch for the parking brake , and marks on my rearview window as well. I originally went in to remove the scent of apple juice my son spilled on the carpet they definitely sprayed tons of deodorizer in my vehicle but 2 days later the smell was back leading me to believe they really did nothing about it. The manager was watching UFC was when I approached him about the issue and because he was so invested he was extremely dismissive. All in all I do not recommend this place for detailing they are good for a 20-25$ car wash not professional level cleaning.

got the full service wash plus interior clean $50, they did not mind that I had a full size SUV and dog. the machine wash is very good and the interior clean was very thorough. cashiers are friendly and helpful. very pleased, will be back.

Terrible. The overhead rollers will dent the roof of SUVs. Avoid this place.

cheap, good wash, love it. I bring my miata here and it's fine. I used to pay for a hand car wash in San Carlos because I was scared of the soft top leaking but san Carlos is too far away and honestly the machine wash has been good so far

Crazy day, the guy in front of us kept hitting his brakes and then started backing up.
Staff was on it, and they took quick action to keep everything moving and everyone safe.

We have been coming here for all of our car washes, but this will be our last time. We got the premium car wash that includes the wheel cleaning, but it did not clean well so we talked to the manager to ask if they can help us at least clean it since we paid extra money to get that service but he said it is an EXTRA SERVICE if we wanted to get it clean since it’s a business. BUT WE ALREADY PAID EXTRA TO GET THE WHEELS CLEAN AND IT WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, IT LOOKS JUST AS DIRTY AS BEFORE WE GOT IT WASHED. Then the manager told us that’s the best the machine can do, SO WHY CHARGE THE CUSTOMERS EXTRA IF THE MACHINE CANT EVEN CLEAN THE WHEELS!???

I have been the customer of this car wash for 3 years, but I am very disappointed and angry that I bought the exterior premium service $24 which includes wheel cleaning. And the photo is the cleaning result, they argued that this is the best their machine can do and I need to pay additional service if I want it to be cleaned. If this is the best they’re cleaning can do, why list as an including service in their package. If cannot clean well, they should clean it well. Ridiculous.
