I went here today looking for a sofa, the store is well laid out, lots of options, very friendly staff, and no matter how many questions i asked and how annoying i might have been, the team was so nice and answered all my question.They did not pressure me for anything (to be transparent, i did not buy anything), they did try and work with me to give me the best price on what was available. I like this place, and recommend a visit.

I've been buying furniture through House of Values for years and have always been welcomed with a friendly greeting and excellent service. Nancy, Sabrina, Marisa and Natasha go above and beyond to help customers. I recently purchased bedroom furniture and a coffee table. I had a minor issue with the coffee table and Natasha contacted the manufacturer and resolved the issue quickly. I will always stop at House of Values first before purchasing furniture elsewhere. You can't beat it for price, value, and service.

Last year we bought a desk as a present for a family member. Great looks, wonderful quality and in stock. They delivered, no charge. Nearly a year later, the user had damaged a piece of hardware--doubt if it was faulty hardware, a hinge. They ordered the part and offered to have it installed, which we declined since we know how to operate a screw driver. First time we ever had an issue and they passed with flying colors! When we went in to pick up the piece, it was late, and I casually mentioned that I'd be back to look for an office chair, they pulled several catalogs and offered to show me some fabrics. This is absolutely unheard of--most businesses start dimming the lights and send you on your way. These folks know their business, are crazy reasonable with prices, are kind and want you to be happy with whatever you buy. So refreshing--wish that this level of service would spread to other businesses.

My full bedroom set of 5 Mission style furniture pieces was purchased over 20 years ago, and is in excellent condition. Nancy and staff were great to deal with. There was a delivery issue which she handled professionally by making me an offer I couldn't refuse. I recommend them highly for value and customer service.

They have fantastic staff that are all very knowledgeable about furniture & interior design. The prices are better than any other furniture stores I have been to & they have a huge selection of furniture to choose from. We ended up furnishing our whole place from House of Values. It's was truly a wonderful shopping experience!

We've been buying furniture from House of Values for over 20 years. They have a huge selection of furniture lines that you can choose. My husband & I are empty nesters and decided to retire our very traditional furniture and get some more comfy seating for our living room. We worked with a couple very helpful saleswomen at House of Values who helped us decide on a sectional sofa and an accompanying chaise. The furniture took a while to be made because of the supply chain. When we finally took delivery of the sofa we had completely forgotten what we had ordered. The furniture is absolutely wonderful!!! The sales staff encouraged us to buy a type of tied-spring interior for our sofa cushions. It was a great suggestion because this sofa and chaise are the most comfy things we've ever sat on. I am so grateful for the help, guidance and encouragement the sales staff gave us to find the perfect new furniture for our living room. Now we can pull on our favorite Netflix pants and binge for hours on this magnificent furniture.

I've been buying furniture from House of Values for about 25 years, starting with my kids' bedroom furniture. By the way, we still have that beautiful well-made Vermont Precision maple furniture! Since then we basically furnished our entire house with furniture from House of Values. The couch we had in our family room for 15 years was indestructible. We only replaced it because we moved and changed colors/styles. On the rare occasion there has been a glitch with a piece of furniture, House of Values has resolved the issue, exceeding my expectations. Period. Can't say enough good things about their business methods, staff, prices, and committment to quality.

House of Values will help you find the designer pieces you want at a reasonable price. Just ask for their catalogues or give them a name of the piece you want and they will find it for you. Their customer service is top notch, working to resolve any issues you may encounter to your satisfaction. I recommend working with them to find your favorite pieces at the right price.

House of Values is one of those hidden gems. We recently discovered them as they are one of the few furniture stores that carries furniture from a certain manufacturer in the Bay area. Through them, we were able to order a bedroom set at a great price. They kept us informed every step of the way from order, to shipment arrival, to delivery. Their delivery team is efficient and careful when moving our items upstairs. We did have a manufacturer issue with the nightstands we ordered and HOV was very accommodating working with us to get a resolution that kept us as satisfied customers. A big thanks to Natasha and Mariella for their excellent customer service!
