I brought a couple of jeep axles in to have the bearing retainer ring pressed on. I figured a labor charge of 1/2 hour or so. I was not charged a penny. Reminds me of a phrase I heard "I don't want your money, I just want your business"

Frequently bike by the business and have always noted how busy they always seemed to be. Decided to get a clutch job here to support a local business. Received the car today, and I was very pleased with the work. One note, because they are busy, you may need to be patient before they get the time to get to your car.

My van died on 280 due to transmission failure. I called Rick and he moved things around in order to look at immediately. Awesome customer service here. They rebuilt the transmission at a reasonable price, and also repaired some other things that were cheaper to repair now while the van was apart. I will never go anywhere else for my transmission needs.

My 2005 Acura MDX was slipping gears and I was referred to Hillsdale Transmission by an auto mechanic. Rick is super friendly, knowledgeable, and transparent. He explained to me the process of getting the transmission diagnosed and repaired. In the end, I got a rebuilt transmission and a car that runs well again. I just wished I knew about them sooner as my car sat in the previous shop for almost 6 months getting nowhere. These guys are transmission experts and I definitely recommend them!

Awesome shop and EXCELLENT customer service!! Rick is super helpful and friendly. I'm a decent mechanic and always try to repair my vehicles myself. Unfortunately I had to tap out for this due to not being able to program my module. Rick willing took my Tahoe in after giving me suggestions of what may be wrong. My Tahoe is 14 years old and has only been to shops two times in its life due to not having lift access, maintenance is done by me. I'm very picky of what shop to use. It's like having your kid baby sat, need to pick wisely. This is a shop I definitely would recommend. HONEST, FRIENDLY, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! This is my go to from now on. Thanks again RICK AND TEAM!!
