I've tried getting my meds 3 times this month first two times I was off work an at home no one showed up. Today I was given a time frame between 2pm 3pm no one showed. Hear it is 4:42pm now I'm at work still no med's it's not cool I'm someone that needs there meds an still don't have them thanks Ted's pharmacy

Teds is a great pharmacy. They get my medications to me on-time. If I call in the AM, I receive them by 600 pm and they also advise me if the medications are not in stock. However, my favorite part of Teds is my delivery guy, Moises. He is thoughtful and kind. There is a crabby person who answers the phone. I do agree with previous reviews. U know who you are. Girl, If you don't like your job, Quit! You need a lesson in Customer Care and empathy. Teds Manager/owner, she is dragging your reputation down. Fix it.

Got my prescription delivered to my front door within a handful of hours from the doctor submitting it. Great service! I know the downside is that they have limited hours and limited access. But if you can wait for the delivery, it’s really fantastic.

My 94 year old mother's controlled prescription she needed immediately was not delivered. Instead she received someone else's prescriptions. They only deliver to Foster City at 5:30. The Ted's delivery was made after 6:00 at which time they were closed and not available. This seems so wrong.

When visiting from out of town, I stopped by to get sunscreen and toothpaste. I called the number on the door and asked if I needed to order online or could come in and buy. She said that they don’t sell that sort of thing, even though I could *see it through the window.*

Someone from the pharmacy called me twice today(June 11,2021) at 1:57 pm and 3:03 pm. I returned the call ten minutes later(3:13) and the person who answered was rude. I told him my situation that someone called me twice and the caller couldn't leave a message because there is something wrong with my voicemail. He asked for my name and I told him it, he placed me on hold. When he returned he said no one called you. Well here's newsflash for you, my photo is proof that someone did call me and you lied. If I spoke to the owner whose name is Steven Pham then you are a Moron! Which is why you're in retail. if you were intelligent you would of been a clinical pharmacist, but then again you aren't capable of finishing or applying for a residency because of your idiocy. You're an incompetent owner and a jackass!

They usually been very efficient and nice delivering my meds same day and last time they delivered my dog escaped and barked at the driver. After that they put me on a no delivery no exception list without allowing me to resolve the situation.
