I hate this place. I've donated items here many times for years, and no matter how hard I try to follow their rules, they always tell me I'm doing something wrong. I know to expect this and try to be Zen about it, but there's always something. Other Goodwills don't seem to be like this. I'm glad I'm moving away and won't have to come here anymore.

FYI: They're open until 7pm, but only take donations until 2pm. Don't drive 30 minutes there to donate anything, like I did, only to find one tiny sign on the side of the building with their donation hours.

Staff are nice but goodwill is one of the most outrageous legal scams corporations are pulling off. Talk about non profits loopholes around exploiting labor out of disadvantaged adults and freely given items from the public out of charity

This is the most organized, clean, find yourself a hidden gem Goodwill, that I been to since the close of the San Francisco Bay Street Location in 2018..
and that was there Corporate West Coast Office Building...

This is the smallest and most crowded goodwill I've ever been to. I used to work at goodwill and I believe in what they do for people. However, I rarely find anything I want to buy here.

Product was overpriced and a few of the staff were not friendly and passive aggressive. Spend your money elsewhere. Donate to another charity

I liked this place, I went with my mom and dad, today when they closed we were the last in line and they didn't want to charge us for our things, they just took them from our hands and told us to get out, it's horrible that they discriminate against you in a place where you've been going for years

This store has completely gone downhill. It is filled with garbage at a high price. Donations are loaded up on a truck and sold online not in your community.

Don't go to this donation center. This should not be called Goodwill. It should be called Goodwill-Killer Store. Rude employee at donation center, and I went there for 3 times, not even successfully donate once. They just say: go to the salvation army donation center.

I never write reviews, but I’ve also never been treated so rudely for trying to drop off donations. I didn’t need a receipt; I just wanted to hand someone a plastic bag… And I got screamed at for parking with my hazards on. The staff here seems to take pleasure in biting people’s heads off! Over what? An exchange that would’ve taken under a minute?

When a gal goes to a goodwill to find vintage or (gasp) antique treasures she isn’t there for their award winning customer service. She’s there to bob and weave, squat, lean, hawk eye each and every isle ( twice!) to ensure she walks away with at least one epic item she didn’t know she needed. Now, will I tell you exactly what I’ve found several times in this thrift? Nope! But I can whisper to you there is some awesome vintage kitchen on those shelves if you are committed to digging around. The carts here get swarmed when pulled out so don’t even try to win that tussle. To be successful Just be patient, ignore the hot/ humid smell, the lackluster customer service AND GET YOUR TREASURE. It’s a goodwill folks, not a fancy shop. Going in with this mindset will make the experience for you much better. Side note, it also makes the experience for their employees much better.
