Jim did an excellent job on my windshield. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his field. He explained the procedure clearly letting me know what to expect. His price is reasonable. I was very pleased with the results. I definitely recommend to see Jim.

Avoid here! So shady!! I wish I could give negative star if possible. I need to repair my window screen urgently (there were slits on the side.) We had agreement on the price. The owner asked for cash and raised the price. But after I brought home my window screen, it couldn’t fit in!! The window screen was out of shape!!

We highly recommend Glass Express! We needed a complex glass replacement. Jim went above and beyond, knew exactly how to solve and helped us so quickly! I needed a screen to be replaced on a sliding screen patio door. I am very satisfied with Glass Express. Jim just left. I called on Friday, and he said he could come over Saturday morning. He did and gave us an ok price and took the door with him. He came back after lunch with my door with the replaced screen.

They say 8am to 5pm. I drove like 10 miles and this place was close. I try call but no answer. Terrible customer service!
