They did an amazing job! Someone rear ended my Tesla last month and did quite a bit of damage. Any time I look for a services I always do my research and check the reviews and I saw that this place had quite a bit of good feedback, so I decided to take my car here, and I'm really glad I did. My insurance adjuster wasn't really the best with communicating some of the details with me, the repair, and car rental place, but Go auto was so accommodating, they were consistent, great at communicating updates on my car, accommodating me when my rental car policy expired. And when I got my car back it looked good as new. I also gave them my car when it was on low battery and they even charged it for me and made sure everything was clean. This is and will always be where I go to get my car repaired from now on.

This is the shop that you always hope is still in business - still offers high quality work for a reasonable amount. Compared to the huge shop across the street that takes your insurance company for a ride and felt like something evil was happening - I left due to the feeling something shady was being done, the GO Auto guys are honest and hard working and just want to make sure your vehicle is back on the road safely.Jenny was perfect, helpful and communicative and ensured my repair was moving on schedule.Regarding the work:All OEM parts, all mounted and wired back to original spec - I checked and had them pull the door panels off and rear bumper for checking parking sensors and camera.Paint was done as I expected- multi stage, blended with adjacent panels and in the paint booth with negative airflow.I had some repair to be done on aluminum parts of the body and they did a perfect job, not always able to find aluminum welders.In all, if I ever have vehicle damage again - this is where I’m coming. High quality, transparent, and reasonably priced.

Amazing service received from GO auto collision! They fixed my Tesla model 3 side panel and bumper in a short time and with great quality. And the price was reasonable. Definitely recommended! Thank you GO collision for saving us time and the car rental fees!

I have a 1979 Mercedes that was rear ended 2 years ago. It was smashed horribly and I was heartbroken. I had been waiting for the right time to fix it (finding the right donor car) and my Mechanic found me the right one and highly reccomended G.O. Auto Collision. I am sure glad he did because my car was miraculously restored to better than it's former self!!! I am beside myself with joy at what a beautiful job they did! I would highly recommend them for any body/paint work large or small. All the employees were great and I am very thankfull. ??

Another well-earned 5 star review for this company. They are thorough, knowledgeable, accommodating, and most importantly, did stellar work fixing my out-of-place fender. Further, they cleaned the exterior before returning it, leaving it cleaner than when I left it. I strongly recommend this company.

Highly highly highly recommend G.O. Auto Collision!!!Brought my car in after someone collided into my door and almost took it completely off. I was amazed at how transparent and communicative Jenny and her team with my estimates, repair, and the turnaround of my vehicle repairs!With this being my first accident, I was so worried about everything and how to approach everything but Jenny and everyone at G.O. Took my car in to repair the fender and bumper from a hit and run and Jenny from took care of everything. She kept me updated and took care of all the work with the insurance promptly and efficiently. Best of all the car looks better than ever. Thank you to the entire staff at GO Auto Collision. I contacted about 11 auto-body shops (email, text, phone-call and some via yelp app) because the lens cover on rear tail-light assembly of my car needed to be replaced. It took me about 2 to 3-weeks, and I also almost got scammed onl;ine when I tried to find the part myself. Finally about 3 shops were able to find the part needed for my 20-yr old car. Anyways ---GO auto collision had the most reasonable estimate, and even ordered and got the part on good faith without demanding a deposit from me. Note ---about 50% of the other autobody shops wanted a deposit before they even tried to get the part. GO auto-collision could have stuck to original estimate they quoted me, but instead they gave me a lower figure. They said its cheaper because it was a used part. They did this on their own. Its not often when anyone does that, its usually higher and never a lower cost. Replacing the part was very quick and smooth, and was done as soon as I got to the shop. It was a very good experience, and for a reasonable cost by an honest shop. Thank you!

They provided a quote beforehard that was significantly cheaper than a shop a block away, plus agreed to fix an unrelated bump for free. The work looks beautiful. My faith in humanity has been restored...there ARE still good people in the world. Stopped in at their San Mateo Drive location to get an estimate to install a wheel flare and clips. I had the parts already and their technician did it in 10 minutes. Super nice and friendly and no charge even after insisting!

I was in a minor accident damaging the front driver side of my vehicle and back passenger side and going to Go Auto Collision was the best decision I ever made!!! After being referred by a friend I was a little hesitant since my family and I have been going to another auto body for a long time but now we will be going here!!! They did a great job with my car and in was finished way faster than projected. From working with my insurance to even detailing my car once completed they offer amazing service. They were always notifying me via text the status of my repair which was really helpful. Used all genuine parts and the friendly staff I could not be any happier with the results. 1000% recommend coming here no questions asked!
