Wow! What a resource! I've come here a few times to print but never really interacted with the staff until I needed to prepare for a big interview and print a presentation.
I was having issues with the color palette and getting nervous about the charges. I asked for help and explained my goal and what I'd done so far. The representative, a helpful woman who's always there when I come in, started troubleshooting to improve my presentation.
She asked me to put back the folders and dividers and went to the back. After a few minutes, she returned with a beautifully crafted slide presentation, complete with binding and a protective sheet. I was impressed, and so were the two hiring managers I met with the next day. They even said I set a new standard for interview presentations—THANK YOU!
I've since been offered the job. While they hired me for my qualifications, I wouldn't have made the same impact without your help.

I have had nothing but excellent and speedy service from the employees at this Fed Ex and I go there fairly often. If you are going looking for something to complain about I suggest you look elsewhere.

I've been to this location a number of times and I'm always blown away by their level of service and how quickly and easily I can get what I need. Great team, extremely well managed, never thought I'd give a Fedex location 5 stars but here we are!

I had a really great experience with Nikhil at this location. I called in close to closing time about a large and time sensitive print order and Nikhil was extremely helpful and patient when answering my questions. I sent the printing instructions that evening and Nikhil had a sample waiting for me to review first thing the next morning. Thank you Nikhil for your kindness and professionalism!

I had a very bad experience at this place yesterday. I was returning a trade in phone, so wanted to record my packaging. Once we were done with packaging, I was standing in the line to drop off the package with my phone in my hand and the fedex lady employee asked me if my camera is on. I felt offended by the remarks. I wasn't recording anything other than my packaging, and I value my privacy and others. Fedex should take action agains such rude employees.

Katarina really listened to my request, looked at my file size and then recommended the best solution despite the busy-ness of the store. Printing turn around time was quick and final quality was very good. Great experience overall - thank you!

Bikram, Fabricio, and Katrina were the best help I could ever ask for! I have visited this Fedex Office in the past and every single time I go, they were there and always happy to help me. They always make the process marvelous and painless for me. Honestly these three are the best! I always go to Bikram whenever I need to ship out something. Fabricio for his lightning fast printing and his immeasurable knowledge on how to get the job done. Katrina for exquisite customer service and she doesn't make you feel like an idiot if you have any questions or concerns! I do have to knock down a star though as they have lost some services that I was hoping to go in for. Apparently they have lost the ability to print on thick photo paper and they don't carry any kind of art frame boxes for my artwork which can be upsetting.
