Came to drop off a package and the worker said it would not be accepted because it was missing information. Went to an actual DHL and they said the guy didn't know what he was talking about. Will never come back to this place ever again.

I called before I went, just want to make sure they offer photo for my Chinese passport! Luckily they do! I went in, no wait. The person was knowledgeable to get the work done quick. Total took like 10 mins!
