Amazing Insurance agency...John Kemmer and Charlene Archana, handle themselves professionally, ethically and with your interests and Pocket Book in mind...I have dealt with them for a number of years and found them helpful and totally involved in the insurance process from start to finish when filing a claim...they are attentive and engaged throughout the process... I can recommend them very highly... their integrity is unquestioned...

John Kemmer is very helpful, efficient and a pleasure to do work with. I recently had a broken window which caused by suspicious saboteur contacted to John immediately and then he was able to claim and find me a Mobile Auto Glass to replacement quickly. He was wonderful and followed up with the insurance company numerous times to help me get wonderful service and get my car window reinstalled. I would highly recommend John . In addition, his staff Shirley, who is super helpful staff. She did an impressive job every time I had called for helps or information about my car, heath, IRA and life insurance policies.D. A HUGE THANK YOU to John Kemmer's office and Sharleen who works there. Sharleen called me first! She called to see if our family was OK and to see if we needed anything. I was so flustered when she called that I couldn't get my cell phone to answer the call. (Boomer). We were at RiteAid getting some last minute things before evacuation and I was just spinning. So, we loaded up the vehicles and went to our first location of refuge which was still in La Honda proper next door to the fire department. We were then evacuated two days later and have landed in San Carlos at a hotel. That is when I finally called Sharleen and actually spoke with her. Sharleen immediately went into action and put me in touch with Katie who is a claims adjuster for American Modern Property and Casualty Insurance. Wow! Another great find! Katie said she and the company would handle the bills for us. We didn't even have to go to the front desk and explain anything. No "out of pocket" and no hassle. Both Sharleen and Katie share the same qualities that can't be beat when it comes to customer service. First of all, both of them were calm. I needed that at the time. They spoke clearly and slowly/gently. But, not in a way that makes you feel weird or like they're talking down to you. They know their jobs and acted quickly to help us. This company and these two women have lifted a great weight off of my shoulders. I can relax about the bills for right now and my family is safe from the fire. I just realized that I didn't mention the circumstances. We are, like thousands of others, evacuated from our home because of the CZU August Fire. We live in the Redwood Forest in the Santa Cruz Mountains. At the time of my writing this review, our property has not yet been touched by fire. We needed to find a place that would accommodate us and our pets. I guess our 16 year old will do school from the hotel, if they can manage that. The teachers have been evacuated too. Needless to say, with Covid and the fires, everyone is just scrambling to stay together and alive. So, I really did not need to struggle with insurance. These two women made the insurance issue disappear for us! Thank you to Sharleen and Katie for being so wonderful and great at their jobs! Thanks extra to Sharleen who always reminds me when my payment date is nearing. She always warned me..."Sherry, don't let this policy lapse. You might never get fire insurance again.". I just love that about her. She really cares! She knows how and when to reach out to me. She's just fabulous! Pray for all of us in California. We need help. Sherry

John is a truly amazing insurance agent. If you are looking for someone who goes over and beyond in every aspect, John Kemmer is your guy. Let me tell you about my relationship with John Kemmer: John became my insurance agent about 25 years ago when I first moved to Northern California from the East Coast. The first thing I noticed about him was that he was very caring, intelligent, articulate and honest. Through the years, everything went smoothly, including the few instances when I had to work with him to resolve minor issues. I was never involved in a major auto accident until a few weeks ago when I was driving on highway 101 when a car swerved into my lane and broadsided me: I was hit so hard that my car tilted about 90 degrees, flew into the air, and miraculously, landed on all four wheels. I guess someone was watching over me, because although my car was totaled, I was able to walk away with just a badly bruised rib cage. I was so traumatized by the accident that I needed help handling the events after the accident--car rental, dealing with the insurance claims process, buying a new car, and just talking to a reassuring person who knows a lot about this post-accident process, etc. John not only spent hours talking to me on the phone, but he went with me to Walnut Creek (about an hour and a half's drive from our area) to help me check out a new car that I was thinking about buying. He ended up spending half a day with me, which included driving my new car back to the Bay Area because I was still too traumatized to drive on the freeway. Simply incredible! So, if you are like me--someone who wants an insurance agent for the long haul, and values someone who is not only honest and helps you through the paperwork, but also treats you like a good friend and will go way beyond the call of duty to support you, John Kemmer is the one to go to! Thank you, John. I will never forget what you did for me :)

I've been going through John Kemmer for the last few years, he's wonderful an amazing!! you tell him what he needs and you make sure he finds it ! He also goes out of his way to help you, He always accommodate your schedule. I would recommend him to anyone looking for insurance. He definitely helped me in my family.
