I ordered a jacket on November 28, 2023 and I still haven't received the jacket as of today, January 1, 2024. Not only that, I can't talk to anybody. Just their automated chat. Sad.

Fanatics has let me down today. I ordered a jersey, but they sent me the wrong one. This was intended as a Christmas gift, and now they are asking me to return it. Unfortunately, the item is now sold out, and I won't be able to get another one. I requested a size up, as it was in stock, but they refused. Now, I have to return the item, get a refund, and repurchase a size up at the full price, which no longer includes the promotional offer. This is highly disappointing, especially considering they could have sent the correct size initially and ensured it arrived before Christmas. Your policy and customer service have left me greatly disappointed. I hope you all have a great Christmas, as unfortunately, I won't be.

Should’ve looked in here before ordering …Ordered on 28.08. with announced shipping on 29.08. and delivery within 4-10 days. Automatic mail & customer service says cargo was shipped 30.08. - despite their shipping company Landmark said nothing received till today 06.09.Both contacts with their customer service brought out nothing but a „We need to wait until the latest advised date of delivery before we can do anything“. Yeah, right. Let’s wait even further until things went really bad to see if we can / want fix it.Now after the second contact the tracking miraculously says it was shipped some minutes ago.I‘ve ordered from 3 other suppliers in the US at the same day on 28.08. - all three have been delivered by UPS & FedEx latest last week Friday for even lower shipping costs. Conclusion: weak performance, non-helping customer service and obviously overall just not competent to deliver in time to Switzerland.Improve your internal logistics and logistics service provider, then you might avoid refunding shipping costs frequently.

Beware - some items are extremely low quality at high prices. I realized that an item I purchased was a huge rip off and I was unable to return it. Turns out that the item was non refundable and that important detail was buried way down in the item description section. Usually if something is non refundable, reputable websites will make it clear on the page that the item isn’t returnable. Super disappointed in these shady business practices.

I purchased a couple of items from the website only to find out a few days later I could've received the same items at a lesser price with a different code. When I called and I asked if I should return my items and get full refund once I get them and reorder the same items under the new code, I was told that wouldn't be necessary that they would do a price match and be refunded the difference.Well, that didn't happen and instead I received a partial refund. When I followed up the second time they told me it was reviewed by management and they deemed it wasn't available for a full refund. In the future I'm just going to return the items to then reorder them at a lesser price. This is bad business practice if u ask me. I should've been honored with the first refund especially when their initial customer service representative told me that I wouldn't have to return it and I would be given a full price match.

Couldn't meet timelines and tried to tell me they couldn't cancel a same day Order. Finally got them to accept a refund and a return, only to find out they clawed back $20 without any mention or email confirmation that a refund was processed. Garbage Company, can't even find a customer service email address. Never again!!!

Jordan assisted me in my return process and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She quickly answered all of my questions and processed my request without spending more than 5 minutes to go through a typically excruciating process.
