Before discovering Etheric Networks, we struggled to find an internet service provider who could install reliable, fast internet at our shop location. We tried several other ISPs and almost all of them said they couldn't install internet here at all, and the ones who were able to were still unable to provide the kind of consistent service and speeds we needed, which resulted in headaches for my workers and customers both. We are just a small shop but we are on a busy shopping thoroughfare so it seemed wild that we couldn't establish the internet service we needed, which is such a big part of doing business these days. Finally, we discovered Etheric, and not only is our internet working beautifully and consistently, but they have also been a pleasure every step of the way in getting it installed. Everyone I have interacted with at their company is very communicative, friendly and quick to respond to any needs we have. We highly recommend them to anyone who needs this service!

We have had Etheric for awhile now. Really haven't had any serious issues until now. We have been without internet for 3 days have called each day and we are told there is an issue based on troubleshooting but needs to be handled by a higher up. We have asked for someone to come out and get the same answer this needs to be addressed by a higher up. No one ever calls back and nothing has been resolved.

I contacted Etheric Networks on a weekend and left a message with all my coordinates. It was in February. Nothing happened for 7 days. I figured somebody would call but no: total silence. I was curious to see if they offered coverage in my area and how serious this business is so I called again but this time during the week. This time I was able to talk to somebody who told me that their service is not offered where I live. The lady on the phone then told me that in order to get Internet connection through her company I would have to get permission from a landlord to install equipment on top of a roof. It was clear to me that Etheric Networks caters to either a large number of customers clustered in an area or home owners that can decide whatever they want to do on their roof. I rent so there would be 0 chance my landlord would allow me to fiddle with the roof. The lady also made it sound as if I had to do all the heavy lifting to get their service. It just did not sound like a business that wants to sell to everybody. No, I told her, I'm not interested. The fact itself they never called back speaks for itself.

We have been with Etheric for years. Always has been a reliable high speed internet service. Jennifer was fantastic in getting our internet service upgraded to an even faster connection with a separate backup connection. The upgrade was flawless with minimal down time during upgrade process. Their technician explained what he was preparing to do the day he came out and was truly professional during the install.

We have been with Etheric for ~8 years and live in an area where DSL is slow and there are few options for high-speed Internet. Etheric has been amazing both in terms of the quality of their service (bandwidth, latency, uptime) as well as people. These folks keep the service running rain and shine...and up in the mountains there is really some harsh weather a few months a year.

Beyond helpful. Had an issue over the weekend. Will diagnosed and scheduled a tech for Monday. Then, an hour later he thought of something, did something remotely and solved the issue! Fantastic customer service going above and beyond. He could’ve simply moved on and dumped me off onto the tech but he didn’t. He kept thinking about it an hour after our call and fixed it himself. Impressive! Thank you!!!

(EDIT 4) They recently built a new tower and migrated us over to that, and since then we have had little trouble. Still very unhappy that we had to live with the quality of connection we had for the ~3 years we did but happy it's fine now.(EDIT 3) It has been 6 months and they have still not managed to fix the abysmal service they are providing. On paper our speeds look ok, usually hanging around 5-10 mbps, but the internet consistently stops entirely every few seconds for about four seconds at a time. We are not getting what we are paying for but unfortunately do not have any other option aside from satellite or 4g.(EDIT 2) No longer fixed(EDIT) Looks like they finally fixed the issue and our problem is solved. We are actually consistently getting over the speeds we are paying for so that issue is partially resolved too. Took a little while but in the end I'm more or less satisfied. Thanks etheric!Some of the worst service I have ever had with an ISP. We are already massively overpaying for the speeds that they advertise, $140/month for 6mbps minimum/30mbps maximum, and they don't even deliver on that. Most of the time we are getting less than 1mbps down and it disconnects frequently enough for me not to be able to have a voice conversation over the internet. This is consistent across all methods of connection(wired or wireless). I have been calling about this for four and a half months now and all they have done is tell me that they are "working on it". It bothers me so much that they are exploiting their dominance of the market in my area to give a terrible service without repercussions . If you have any other option(aside from maybe satellite) definitely go with that instead.

All I can say is thank you George the best installation guy, he went over and beyond to help us. He did an excellent job! To my amazement the dish looks great thanks to the paint job George did to match our home. The new internet is great who-hoo also thanking Sonia for her patience explaining everything to me, she's great!!

While I've had numerous residential power & internet outages over the past year, I appreciate the usual quick response time to help address these reoccurring issues. The last power outage damaged my radar. Abel (field tech) arrived promptly and resolved the issue, replacing hardware. He is friendly and was one of the technicians that originally installed my system. Abel was patient, efficient & ensured my connectivity was working as it should.

Etheric Networks is a great internet service provider for Hollister. They have brand new infrastructure just put in that can service our rural area perfectly. Service is amazing, and their technical support is truly awesome! Bryant and Jose where to two folks who came to my rescue when I had a freak equipment malfunction, and they worked tirelessly on the issue until my internet was restored. Their professionalism and exceptional customer service is why I'm so very satisfied with Etheric Networks. thank you Bryant and Jose!

Etheric Network is the epitome of how not to run a business. As I write this, my internet has been glitching in and out for almost 22 hours. They still have no idea what is causing this systemic outage affecting all customers in my area. Correspondendly, they have no estimated time on when this will be fixed. I only know this because I called Technical Support and an automated message informed me of the situation. I was not able to get a hold of a live person until some 22 hours later. I called because many times these clowns do not know there's an issue with a customer's access point until that customer complains. Part of me calling is to make them aware of the problem. The tech support person thinks the problem is a bad DNS server and suggested I configure my router to use Google's DNS server, which is 8.8.8.8. I already had my router configured to this 8.8.8.8 from when they had the last major outage back last March of 2020. Basically, they don't know what's going on. The way they treat customers is deplorable, too. To Etheric Management: I do not have to out up with this nonsense. Soon there will be other providers available, like StarLink. You simply cannot treat your customers like crap and in the dark, because you think they have no other choice but to use your service. Those days will soon be over, with services like StarLink coming onto the market. Treat them good or they will dump you like hot potatoes.
