Went to Ecco at Hillsdale today, I'm starting a new job and need some shoes I'll be in my feet all day in. Isaiah was incredibly patient and helped me try multiple different styles, with and without my orthotics. I finally settled on the perfect shoe. They did not have the color I wanted in my size, but again Isaiah was incredibly helpful and went to the next level. He called the other Ecco store in Walnut Creek. I'm super bummed he's not getting the sale, but he is getting my review, and he will be the one y'all should seek assistance from! Boss person, listen up! He's a keeper! He was just as amazing to the other customers in the shop.

I came here recently as I needed good shoes with the best arch support possible. The salesman was very friendly & thorough in explaining different shoes as I tried them on & definitely knew what he was talking about. I would definitely come back again. So, for some high quality shoes at a bit more than what you would pay elsewhere with friendly knowledgable service, Echo cannot be beat. Keep up the good work guys.

This is a good store. The staff are super helpful. Ecco shoes are not cheap. I have a very active job, walk about 10k steps on many days. I used to buy some $50-80 shoes each year, and they were ok. Now I just buy a pair of Eccos at about $170 , but they last 2-3 years, and they fit way better.
