I have worked with Billy DeMartini for a year or two, and have found him to be superbly professional, personable, knowledgeable, and a tremendous aid. He has not only helped me to find good tenants, conduct background checks, and process both applications and lease/rental contracts, but perhaps more importantly, he has helped keep me apprised of the most currently laws & regulation, local, state and federal, impacting my role as a landlord. I couldn't do it without him!

I have only known Billy for a few weeks and he appears to be the best that I have had as a property manager. He is understanding, responsive, has a great eye for cosmetic improvements that make a difference for your money. He gets his team ,cleaners, handymen, and home inspectors to "get the job done" and he helps with the littlest requests that are so important to the owner. He respects my home as if it was his. I am so glad I found him. "Such a relief" he is as compared to my past property managers. Thanks again Billy!!

Billy has a great eye for remodeling. He is attentive to me and my home in treating it as 'If it was his own". He is sensitive to the remodeling cost and the selection of various types of home improvements. He recognizes each owners scenario and offers great counsel. He goes far above any property manager I have had and is very personal, returns calls and keeps me informed of what is going on. He is "truthful" with his bills and the work actually being done. He goes back and checks the work. Thank you Billy.

Billy was more than helpful. He was extremely honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great apartment that fit right in our price range! He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. He is an excellent negotiator with a very personalized touch. Highly recommended!

I've been a tenant for over a year and am incredibly satisfied to have landed with Earth Real Estate. Previously, I've had mixed experiences with a range of mom-and-pop operations and corporate landlords. This is the first property management company where I've really felt listened to as a renter. Billy is great at staying in touch and following up. The property was also exceptionally maintained. We look forward to working with Billy again!

Great and smooth process with Billy. Very personable and values getting to know tenant. Timely communication as well. He texted me updates on every step of the way before securing the unit. One thing i noticed too when entering the property complex was how neighbors were all saying hi to Billy and knew him. I recommend working with Earth Real Estate.

Billy takes the time to understand exactly what you are looking for! We never felt rushed and always felt supported. Billy wanted to make sure we had peace during the whole buying experience.
