Rude pharmacist here. Customer service is the worst. They don’t do their job in filling prescription in time and talk back to you on the phone. Try and avoid this place and go to Costco or Walgreens pharmacy if you don’t want to be treated badly

Today I went into this particular CVS looking for "Venus" face razor, and this was my third attempt. However, this store was sold out of it as well. Daniel offered to helped me, checking the availability of nearby stores to locate it so that I wouldn't have to continue to drive to each and every one. He was able to find one, then he even called the store to confirm that they had one and to put it on hold for me. I can't remember the last time I got such excellent customer service, he went above and beyond to help me. Daniel should be commended for a job well done !!!

They have what I need, the store is clean, the workers are kind and helpful. And Mr Fong is back with his wonderful watch repair, battery replacement and sales!!!!

I was trying to deposit $900 into my Capital One account. Prior to visiting the store, I took the time to count my money meticulously. At the store, I presented my barcode to the cashier and handed him the $900. However, upon counting it, he stated that there was only $700. Perplexed by this discrepancy, I immediately contacted CVS to request a review of their camera footage, as I was unsure of the whereabouts of the missing $200 bill. Currently, I am attempting to reach the manager to address this issue. It happened 11/25/23 after 9pm. I was the last customer.

The pharmacy is the SLOWEST. It is the real- life version of the worst DMV experience in movies. Imagine DMV SLOTH and this is the exact pharmacy.Be prepared to wait for at least 30 min to 1+ hour every time you pick up a medication; even if you have already received a text that your medication is ready. The pharmacy always has a line of at least 5 people, and they struggle for 5 min to look up each customer; so you are guaranteed to wait in line for 25 mins to check in. After 25 mins, the medicines are almost never ready, and you’ll have to wait another 30 min for them to fill. If you come back after 30min, you’ll need to wait at the counter for 10min after the current customer. Massive 1+ hour time sink. Sometimes, they’ll ask you to come back again the next day because things are processing. I take back what I said early I think the DMV sloth is more efficient than this pharmacy.Oh and the registers close “anytime” after closing time. So after you’ve waited 25 min in line, you might not get your medicine. So come back again and repeat the 1 hour wait the next day! Good luck with the pharmacy-dmv lottery!! Btw in case you’re wondering why I’m so free to write such a long review for a terrible pharmacy - well I wrote the above while waiting in line because I had too much too time while stuck here.

Pharmacy is slow, 4 people working but only 1 person helping at a snail's pace for prescription pickup despite 10 people waiting in line.

This pharmacy is fine but not great. They’re pretty slow and sometimes using GoodRX coupons is quite painful. There is often a line and they will turn away people in line when they close. Don’t expect to be out of here in under 20 minutes.That being said, the pharmacy serves its purpose and hasn’t done anything horrific when I’ve visited.

Waiting 30+ minutes for my prescription which they emailed was already filled and ready. This location has gone steadily downhill, and is now depressing to go into with long lines and empty shelves. It's time to find a new pharmacy.

This review is for the Pharmacy. There's always long lines and long wait. I only see person at the register most of the time. Don't do business with Thai pharmacy if you hate long waits and long lines
