I went to this store to purchase a Veteran's Day card. I found more than an aisle filled with greeting cards for all occasions: Halloween, Thanksgiving, loss of a pet, Spanish cards, etc. Not a single card for Veteran's Day!!! I spoke with the manager on duty. She indicated that they didn't carry Veteran's Day cards... while I don't presume to understand the intricacies of finding card distributors, I found a Veteran's Day card at a different store - not a CVS. So it's not impossible to do. I think it's a real shame that CVS doesn't make an effort to be stocked with cards to celebrate those who have done so much to make sure we all continue enjoying our freedoms in this country. I'd give them 0 stars if I had that option.

Today, I'm in the mood to write good reviews for all the nearby pharmacies that I frequent after having a terrible experience at the Walgreens on Broadway. I realize I took these other pharmacies for granted.In comparison, this CVS and the Walgreens on El Camino have (in my experience) had consistently decent customer service and have always been well stocked. This CVS seems to frequently ask for customer service feedback after each visit. I commend CVS on making an effort to improve their customer service experience. I always feel welcome and greeted by the associates working at this store and the workers seem helpful when I ask questions. Their pharmacy staff is not as friendly, especially the same two people who work with customers...but they are OK. The interactions with them do not dissuade me from visiting this store.Probably out of all the nearby pharmacies, this one is my favorite both for vaccines and quick and friendly service.

The customer service is great here. The cashier Kim was very patient to help me. I bought some thing that needed a receipt to reimburse but I forgot to print a receipt and she was very happy to help me return and rebuy them. She was very warm hearted.

This is my local CVS pharmacy and I will not be sending ANY more prescriptions to this location! I can give one star for the relative patience of the staff members but cannot believe the utter disrespect and unpleasant attitude with the two employees I spoke with today! I understand that it is the end of a business day but being a healthcare worker myself, I am very disappointed.

The Pharmacy Tech, John K should perhaps take a class on kindness since he is dealing with sick people. I came in to present a Good Rx coupon and he lectured me about calling ahead of time and give the coupon. Well John, read your policy, it clearly states to present the coupon during checkout.

I tried to buy Tylenol and Alka Seltzer from the Drive Through to avoid entering to the store and the guy denied me service. I don't want to enter the store during this time. No one else was on the line outside but was easy for him to send me inside.

I have been going to this pharmacy for 10 years. Through my husband's battle with cancer, and after. They know me by name and have always taken excellent care of me. Letting me Know of possible drug interactions, and providing fast and personal service.

Never ever going on here again. A worker named Mary followed me and was watching me during my time there. Like I was trying to steal. Felt very racist to me. Made me very uncomfortable

I would give zero stars if i could. I became sick 11 days ago. Took a Covid test 11 days ago. First they said 2-3 days. Then 2-4. Then 2-5. Still no word on my test. Meanwhile I'm quarantining and not going to work so I don't spread it. The timing is unacceptable. I've called multiple times and have only spoken to two real people. Every other time I get a robot that hangs up on me. The first person I talked to was absolutely clueless. The second person said that they lost my test and didn't get it to the doctor until Friday (6 days after I took it). Still no results. This is absolutely unacceptable!
