Terrible costumer service! Walked in 8 minutes before 10pm not knowing that they close at that time, no announcements were made until 3minutes after 10pm a worker came to me and said they’re closed. he called for his supervisor to help me, but his supervisor was so rude and refused to ring my items!

Been coming here for years, and I notice they are very short handed, however I have always received great service from this cashier by the name of Dana. i want her to know that her service and kindness Matters . There's also this guy that comes in at 2:00 pm , thats really nice (Steven) called him regarding Baloons, his attitude was yes we have balloons no problem come on i'll take care of you :)

Helpful staff. Came in for a passport picture. Was done in 5 mins. Very convenient when you are in a rush.

Holy smokes you pharmacy tech is rude. Whoever was working 9/9 in the evening shift closing should be fired (no name tag so don't know her name). I watched her talk down to two people ahead of me being rude af then she proceeded to do the same with me. Should not be working any customer front facing job, keep her in the back filling prescriptions or something, she is absolutely terrible.

I came in to get some snacks and use the restroom. I asked the cashier if I could use the restroom and she said I could use the bathroom at the back corner of the store. I walked to the back until I found the restroom. Walked back out to find a Filipino man at the door stating I couldn't use the restroom. I told him the cashier said I could and pointed me to the bathroom. The rest of my group was browsing for their items. I went to pay for my snacks at self service and had my family come use the machine too. I turned around to find the same Filipino man at my back watching me check out. My sister saw him watching me and asked him why he was following our group and watching us pay and she stated that we weren't going to steal and that we had money to pay. The Filipino man noted that it was his job to watch over us. My sister asked him why he wasn't following anyone else around or doing that to the other customers and he kept arguing with her. I finished my transaction turned around and asked for his name and his manager. He said his name was JON. He stated he was in fact the manager working at CVS. I helped my family complete their transaction and walked out. After this experience I will not be returning to this location.

Ordered photo print online (I called prior to ordering and was told if ordered online for same day pick up it will take an hour). I received an email saying order was ready to pick up but I drove to the store 2 hours later and they told me that my order was not ready. The super visor told me that the printer was out of paper and it's not his responsibility because he doesn't operate the printer!! He said "it's not me it's the machine" i drove all the way to the store and waited in line and they couldn't print my pictures because they were out of paper!

Pharm tech named Christy was rude. You can let me know in a nice way on how to explain the situation to me. Rude. don't be in the medical field if you're rude an can't handle patient care.

I was told i couldn't use the customer restroom because they were short staffed and no one could let me in...while he's stocking sodas.......won't be back.

Michelle (Chan? Chao? Forgot her last name) here is RUDE AF literally no client-facing skills. Just gives empty stares and is all-around condescending.But Stephanie here is def much friendlier and made the experience so much better.

Normally, shop at the CVS in San Carlos. Was in the San Mateo area and stopped at this CVS location. Had lots of coupons to redeem before they expires since CVS always issues dozens of them.Was checking out trying to use by CVS coupons and they were not be accepted. The CVS staff turned a deaf ear to the problem and left without the purchases.Drove down (out of my way to the CVS San Carlos, repeated the purchase process, and paid with the coupons being honored and saving some money.Don't know what the problem is at the San Mateo location. Won't shop there again.

If I could give them negative stars, I would. Set very low expectations on getting your prescription filled. I had 3 separate medications sent to them on 3 different occasions and all was either not filled or I have to call and chase for it. And here is my very last experience with them...My doctor called in a prescription on Oct 21 and as of today the 27th, prescription still has not been filled. I ended up getting over the counter medications that took a bit longer for me to heal. If you are expecting your medications to be filled within a day or 2, keep dreaming and wishing. I suggest to go to the DeAnza CVS. They are a smaller store but efficient, competent and a well organized running store.

Umm no we had a script for my CAT, its for anti anxiety. Filled this many times at Walgreens, no issue. This time they want to call the doctor to "confirm". Literally no reason, then she throws out "we are closing at 6 anyways". So really they didn't have to confirm they just didn't want to work anymore. Lazy.
