“Hit "format disc" on my extended storage drive instead of my memory card. Oops. Brian ran 2 different scans and put them on a drive I provided. Most all file root systems are intact. Pretty much saved almost everything, with slightly different results on both scans. Now I'll just run Duplicate File Finder Pro and delete the dupes...and consolidate. Do a little more digging and all is good. Good service and good experience. Lucky to have taken it to him immediately. Highly recommended!”
“Massive shoutout to Krishma (apologies if spelling is not correct) who did not try to upsell me despite me asking to purchase a new pair of AirPods Pro. I told her I lost one 6 months ago and she used my phone to look up the serial number and had a replacement in my hand within minutes.
