I was there but the teller was at lunch and I was helped by Shaheen Rahim, very rude sent me to the ATM But I couldn't get all the money I needed then. When I came back she told the teller I probably had no more money there. She was mistaken and rude. I have never ever been treated this rude anywhere else in 53 years.When I came back the teller gave me the money in my account even against this other "Lady" remarks.

I work as a contractor for Comcast and I had work to do in this building , the Third floor to be exact. They share their lobby with the elevator that takes you upstairs. I'm wearing my yellow safety vest and I enter asking kindly how to get to the 3rd floor. And before I could get a word out some lady who I think is the manager since she so sternly and unkindly said "The elevator is behind you. The door is back there, there's a separate door for you." I didn't see that there was a separate door for the elevator in the building. Jeez. On the way out I pass through the lobby and as I'm walking through I get shouted out by the same lady saying "MA'AM MA'AM!! The door is over there!! You need to go out through there next time!!" I guess this bank is too fancy too high class to have a Comcast technician walk through a regular entrance. I couldn't use their customer exit. Rude as hell. And the most depressing bank with that old hag working there.

This bank is a predatory high fee institution, I would not recommend them as a choice for families, especially teens. Customer service is excessively busy 95% of the time. I was also told I could not withdraw over the counter by a banker because of covid. Stay far far away

My dad died and had an account at Comerica. I live out of state and they have no Comerica banks here. To close my dad's account they demand you come into a branch office. The death was bad enough but this company was all too happy to make it worse. I have to travel 1000 miles to get to one. I went with my paper ID,lost the hardcopy at the beginning of the pandemic and have a copy on my phone. Neither of those were good enough. So I have to travel back 1000 more miles AFTER my hard copy ID comes. I hate that bank and I can only hope that someone makes the death of their lives one as hard as they have made mine.

This bank is wonderful. The people that work there are very knowledgeable and great customer service. The minute you walk in you are greeted. I would recommend this bank to my friends and family. :) Thank you carla

During this Covid-19 Pandemic and the fact that we are business owners has been stressful as it is. So we thought that the very least, we could apply for the PPP that was being offered. However, comerica was of no help to us and all the other banks were servicing their clients. Comerica did not have their application ready and by the time it was ready, the first round of government funds was already used up. By the second round, they had the website up so we were able to apply. However, when trying to connect with the bank to find out the status of our application, we had no luck. The branch in San Carlos where we opened our account was closed due to Covid--all the other banks are open. So discouraging--so we waited on hold with customer service. The person who was supposedly helping us had not one clue. She put us on hold 5-times and could not answer questions. When she found one of the branches that were opened--she said we had to make an appointment and wanted our account number. Now, at this point, we did not have our account to readily pull up so after 2 hours of waiting, she said she could not make an appointment without it. So, after all this, I will be looking for a new bank. I am completely discouraged with the support that this bank has offered us at this time of need. I do not recommend Comerica by any means!

This branch is consistently terrible . They never sent me checks as promised . More recently their notary would not help me saying it would take 90 minutes . We went down the street to bofa where I do less business and their notary did it in less than 15 min with a smile .

I've been to the branch several times and each time they were very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure my issues were resolved and my questions were answered. Once I was just getting out of my car in the parking lot and the bank employee was already greeting me, you won't see service like this anywhere else!

I went into this branch because I was having trouble with my accounts. I was helped by a gentleman by the name of Donald, he was very nice and beyond helpful. I was a little hesitant to go back to this branch because last time I was at this location all the workers were very rude and not helpful. I was very pleased that I was able to walk into this branch and have my problem solved.
