Nice location for gas, very accessible and plenty of pumps. The car wash could improve. Price is decent but when I took my car through the wash, I noticed it left a thick film of some sort even though I paid for the full works. I felt that the water didn't really clean it up well enough. Most likely will never use this location again for a car wash.

On Sunday, Jan. 22nd, during the 49er playoff game, I drove my grandma's car here to fill it up and run it through their car wash. After the fill, the pump failed to print a receipt with the car wash code on it. I paid $14 for the wash (that I never got) and I filled the gas tank. There was no one working there and the doors were locked. There was a generic looking sign on the window, saying store is closed. I took some pictures so I can prove that I tried to get help. The Chevron worker was in his car by the vacuums, most likely watching the game. He just watched me with another customer look for help. The other customer left, and that is when I saw the worker appear from that grey car 9 minutes later.I was happy to see him and get the receipt. I said hi and I am glad you are here. The pump did not print out a receipt with the car wash code I paid for.He never said hi to me. Instead, this Chevron employee walked slowly up to the front door. As, he is unlocking the front door to the store, he starts insulting me, saying, "don't you know how to read? It says the store is closed." I responded by saying, "isn't the store supposed to be open before 5 pm? He again repeated, " you don't know how to read."On his way in, he aggressively ripped the "store closed" sign off the front door. He went behind the counter, so I approached to get the receipt. This employee was physically intimidating (over 6 ft tall and a football player build). He insults me again, saying the sign said the store is closed, you don't know how to read? He gave me a death stare from behind the register and said, "did you take enough pictures?"That is when I asked him, is this how you are going to handle a customer that just needs help getting what I already paid for? He said, "YES in a sarcastic tone, this is how I am going to handle it". He was very angry and threatening. I was fearing for my safety, so I walked towards the door to exit. He yelled at me on my way out, go ahead and call 911. Again, in a very angry and sarcastic tone.I lost the 14 or 15 dollars for the car wash I never got. I guess I will have to call Visa to dispute the overcharges.Go to a different gas station. No customer should not have to feel threatened at a local Chevron gas station by the employee working there.

Car wash machine frequently broken and when it works, the pump often lacks paper then going in to deal with cashier takes long, long time. Definitely wish there are better Chevron nearby.

The rude lady refused to help with the vacuum. I paid $2 but the vac did not work. So I asked her why it is not working. Instead of explaining politely, she accused me that I am lying and that people used it today and it worked perfectly. I could not get my refund either. Also, she told me not to use this chevron anymore.

This is for car wash only, I had a $14.00 car wash but still had water spots and dried bug splatter from my windshield. The cashier was Mxx, who was not helpful also very rude with my question that I asked her. Not coming back again!!

Car wash doesn't work.Paid for most expensive wash but the machine stopped after only the pre-wash. No foam or wax was dispensed. The car still had a thick layer of dust that could be wiped off with a finger. Went to inform the cashier in the hopes of getting another code to try again but they processed a refund instead without me asking for one. (Still waiting for refund to hit my account 2 weeks later...)Was informed that my car looked wet (from the pre-wash) and if I didn't like it I shouldn't come back.

DON’T GO TO CHERON FOR CAR WASHNever ever go to any Chevron car wash. I tried 2nd time and purchase $11.00 wash. Total wash. Their technology seems to be of deteriorate quality. Didn’t clean dirt from windshield, bottom side of my car was in dirt, windows dirt intact, bonnet was same.Basically, it sounds like somebody just spray water that’s it.I have to take a cloth to clean it. It’s always better choice to go hand car wash.Zeroooooooooo start or even negative.Waste of time and money.

The car wash at this place is a scam and the customer service non existent. Paid for the basic car wash and the lower part of the car was left dirty. When the attendant was informed and the dirt was shown, the response was you paid for the basic wash that should be expected. In other words, we as a business are ok with promoting services that don't deliver and we won't tell/warn our customers that this service won't get the job done. This could've been easily rectified but I guess we rather scam our customers then doing them right.

Got the highest tier wash. My car had soap after I left and even bird droppings were not fully cleaned. Won't recommend unless you have a new car and just want to dust it off.

WARNING! worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The car wash stopped working for me as soon as I entered so I drove out to let the cashier know. Simon, the old, Asian man responded with rude comments like "what's wrong with you? You don't know how to use car wash?" I explained to him I had been coming here for years so I know how to use the car wash and that this had never happened to me. He then said, "Well the car before you it worked. The car after you it worked. Maybe you don't know how to use car wash." I will never come back here. I'll take my a** to the 76 down the road.
