If I could give this spot 0 stars I would. The lady who worked here this morning yelled at me for using the windshield cleaning stick on my car hood and then proceeded to complain in Spanish loudly with her friend who was hanging out by the side of the gas station store. It’s pouring rain and I was just trying to get at a bird dropping that was on my car hood and window. The yelling was absolutely unnecessary and rude.

Idk why this place has low stars but I like it. I go in get my gas and snacks if needed. Conveniently close to my house and supermarket although gas prices have been insane the cashiers inside have been nice and let me get air for my tires after getting my gas. the only downside is sometimes it leaks water off the roof and splatters my car but mostly it's empty and great lighting for safety.

The pump wasn't working and stole my money so I went inside to let the attendant know he got in my personal space cussed me out and accused me of lying! He pulled money out of his wallet slammed it on the counter and told me to never come back. I was nothing but polite to him and have no clue what might have triggered him but someone that aggressive should never be in customer service let alone in public, for everyone's safety.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!I fill up 2 per week at this station because I drive an 84 passenger bus. I pay approximately $300 per week as a customer. Today as a customer at 6:40am I asked if I could use the restroom. The 2 Hispanic ladies working we're EXTREMELY rude saying there is no restroom. So I asked where do they use the restroom so that I could go there. The response they gave me was "what is your problem sir". I couldn't believe this response so I informed them again that I was a customer and I'm on the road for long periods of time and I need to use a restroom. They're only responseagain was "what is your problem sir.I RECOMMEND THAT NO ONE SERVICE THIS LOCATION UNTIL THEY REPLACE THESE WOMEN!!!

Kept clean and well stocked gas station and the gast at Chevron is of good quality, though not the cheapest. I can hear my engine working smoother after refueling at Chevron. However, the service is poor and the staff is rude here (surprise!), answering "no" without acknowledging customers or looking up to answer. Very unpolite. In addition, hand sanitizer was almost empty, I could hardly squeeze a drop. Unprofessional and unconscious.

Visited to fill up with diesel fuel. The pump only pumped out 11 cents worth of fuel before not working. Used my Safeway points for a discount that could not be applied after this incident - my discount was lost. Frustrating and to top it off the cashier was not a bit helpful. Off to another station.

$80,000+ that's what it cost your station for bad customer service 15 years ago. I swore I would never pump gas for next 15 years for my cars, and that's today. Something to think about. The old guy that won't let people pump air even after gassing up. How much revenue have you lost. And I was nothing but polite. 10 customers like me = $million

I put gas this early morning full tank. I used extra paper sheets to handle the fuel nozzle dispenser. Then the lady manager / attendant came out of nowhere and berated me for using paper sheets, to "save paper towel for other customers." Since I forgot my gloves, I thought it's prudent to use few paper sheets to handle the dispenser. Her action smacks of being cheap - any protection for the sake of the customer not getting infected by this viral epidemic is worth MORE than any extra sheets used! Any reasonable person would know that. It's not as if I hoarded any extra paper towel beyond what I used. I was taken aback by this.

This is a horribly maintained and managed gas station. Receipt dispensers at the pumps do not provide receipts because the paper dispensers are not refilled. Card readers don't work at the pumps, thus, credit card/debit card customers must go inside to pay. Personnel do not respond when the Help button is activated on the pumps. Owner/Manager has a perpetual I-don't-care attitude when told of problems.
