Things are not right in this branch. Over the years things went wrong. People in this branch made this branch my "home branch" without my knowledge, and I did not know it for years, until today. In the process of removing myself from this branch, I learned that all chase bank customers are supposed to get a call from the bank three times per year, and suddenly after years of not calling me someone who claims to be a chase bank called me today. This is so off putting, receiving a call from a branch that I don't live by and have never lived by, and I don't even know this person and this person says he has not even looked at my account. I find it very odd. My guess is that he is just following the "call the customer" task, which, in my case, was totally neglected for years.And there's another sketchy incidents associated with a person who WAS working there, but I don't want to publicly state what happened. I googled it and found out that he lost his license as a financial advisor.They should not have made this branch as my "home branch" in the first place. I don't live there nor visit the area at all.There are so many chase bank branches, just don't use this one for anything.

I got there with an appointment for notary service, but the person assigned by default doesn’t have the license. The brand manager Glady welcomed me quickly, and offered to help. She is very professional, caring and responsible. I recommend this branch and look forward to working with her in the future.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service. Despite making an appointment, the banker (Monica) did not respect my time at all. She took a walk-in customer during my appointment time (even though I was on time) and I had to come back to the branch later in the day. Then, she had no idea how to open a business savings account and had to call someone else at Chase at least 5 times while I was waiting with her. Despite this, and an hour later, she still could not help me despite verifying my information. I had to make an appointment at another branch just to open a savings account! I would definitely consider going to another branch instead of this one. I will not be going back if i can help it.

Don't bank with chase! If you have a problem you need to spend a half day on the phone trying to resolve it. And it likely won't get resolved. Look for a bank that cares about its customers.

The most disgraceful, dishonest and no knowledge of banking of a bank! I am totally baffled as to how they have stayed in business. I deposited a check on November 16th. The issuers account was debited on the same day and chase is not releasing the check on my end until the 25th. They have the money, and working with it. I think its so disgusting to do business this way. I have so many payments attached to my accounts at chase otherwise I wouldn't waste one minute to depart. Horrible. Do not do business with them.

They don't take your time into account. I waited for half hour at San Bruno branch.they put a hold on. State check for two weeks. Have been trying to call all day no answer or your call gets dropped! They don't care about their customers! Horrible service! I have never had a bank that you could not call, they don't answer their phones!

Big bank... fees if you go under $1500 in a checking account... also, little to no help on PPP questions, always saying go to the website... as if I had not done that already. Makes you feel like a small fish in their large pond.

The man greeting people on 06/12/2020 at 2pm was incredibly friendly and he helped me out a lot. The other 2 bankers he connected me with were absolutely great! Thank you for being so welcoming and kind to me!
