AZEA, was amazing she deserves an appreciation from her boss. Even though she was new; she asked me for me patience and understanding but was swift and fast in the transaction. She is very humble and speaks highly of her job. You need to do everything to keep and support a staff like that. She was also understanding of my situation. Give her a raise! At least an opportunity to grow in the field.

I had a wonderful experience opening a new checkings account and a credit card with Susan! She answered all of my questions and I had a fantastic interaction with her. The process was seamless, I highly recommend asking for Susan! :)

This branch manager is very cold and rude. I lost some money with atm and need their help to see what happens but they just continue ignoring it. Looks like they only be friendly to white customers although most staffs are asian. Worst chase branch I have ever had. Date: 07/19/2022

I have worked with many major banks and Chase always has the best customer service. Short lines at tellers and employees are always accommodating and pro-active.I needed a document notarized and even though they usually want an appointment they squeezed me in (they don't charge customers for notary.)I will generally choose Chase for most banking needs now, just because I don't leave annoyed.

I tried going to the ATM and I swiped my card and it didn't let me in so I had to go to the one on El Camino instead even though I made the trip all the way to this one only for the doors to not even budge

I have stimulated check and tax return check from the government. I bring to chase to cash it. Some cash for me even I don't have bank account, but have chase credit card. Some bank said they cannot cash for me. Wonder what is the true? Thanks.
