Been trying to schedule an appointment for almost a month and getting absolutely no where. Endless back and forth with a broker who won't leave any possible meeting times for me.

Such terrible customer service at this branch. The greeter was rude, the service representative didn't tell me when he was done and kept me standing in front of the desk.

Came here to see if I was able to get an advisor to convince me to switch to Charles Schwab and/or TDA with more money. After 35 minutes I got to sit with a TDA consultant whom did not give me his contact info but took mine down that would provide more information. Its been 2 months.
