“I am a local who lives in SF. I have been a loyal customer of Enterprise rent a car for years. I believe "If it's not broke, don't fix it." Just like the innovative and less costly prices on car rental such as zip cars or Priceline apps; you can't pay someone to treat you with kindness and respect. I had a hard time yesterday trying to find the location to pick up my vehicle. When I called and told Gabe about my problem, he quickly said he will send someone to pick me up. I was so grateful to have my stress and anxiety solved. Then I met the other great team members such as Jason and Ben; who took the time to share all the specials and offers to me to make sure I was satisfied. When my vehicle was not available, they offered me a better one for the same price. I don't know about you, but it feels great to be a happy camper. It was fast, easy, and convenient. Our salesman was Leon Chu and he did a great job as well as the other people there, notably Ling who is the contracts manager. “I originally visited Autonation in Hayward to finalize my purchase. I have to admit that I left hastily upon learning that I'd have to submit a credit application even though I told the Sales Rep about being pre-approved w/ my CU. He never informed me about the 'backup' contract process, nor did he work on my accessory requests. I was ready to drive that Lunar Rock TRD Off Road Prem off the lot but he left a sour taste in my mouth. Headed to Putnam Toyota soon thereafter and frankly that place felt like a ghost town. I finally went back to City Toyota after all of that and was greeted by Isaac whom was directed by Lawrence, my initial point of contact. I want to thank Lawrence and Isaac for providing excellent and courteous service for my 4Runner purchase. I arrived at 7pm and got out by 830pm with my new ride and I couldn't be happier. From Isaac to Ben at finance, it was exceptional service all around. I hope to purchase from City Toyota in about 5yrs or perhaps less. They're that good!Additionally, I was so happy to hear that if you buy from City Toyota, you're granted a discount, typically within a month, on accessories for your vehicle. I encourage everyone looking to purchase their vehicle to stop by this dealership and give them a shot! You won't be disappointed.”

“Enterprise has always been my rental car agency of choice. Reserving a car and picking one. up is easy and the cars are usually well maintained. I've never had a problem with them. The staff are efficient and friendly too. The only con: last time I reserved a 7 seater but when I arrived they only had 5 seaters. This caused a major disruption to my plan. Despite this, Enterprise still deserve 5 stars.”

“I rent a car in Las Vegas to return it in San Francisco for a road trip. The day before I leave home the company called me to confirm and to give me the cell Phone number for the delivery. At my arrival at Las Vegas airport I called this number. The guy AND the car WERE in the airport parking. NO waiting, No shuttle ride. To return, verry easy and free shuttle to the airport. I know it may seem a little weird to compliment people for something that should be considered standard practice, but sadly, this is often not the case these days. After extending my car rental, I asked if they could wash the car as I was keeping it for another month, which they did. A special thanks to Steven who not only initially selected a great car for me, but who went above and beyond to help me after I told him my cellphone's battery had died. Not only did he find a repair shop, but he graciously gave me a car charger to use which worked, indicating that my battery was still good. “We booked here because we read a lot of horror stories about waiting times for the rental places right at the airport. We took the bus 292 from the airport to this place which takes a few minutes. When we arrived, we were immediately served. The staff is very friendly and helped us with information and putting the luggage into the car. Returning was just as easy. The checked the fuel and straight away refunded my deposit.Can absolutely recommend renting here!”
“Our insurance company set us up with Enterprise and given this was the closest to the dealer shop, we went with Enterprise.We rented a Chevy Malibu that smelt like smoke....I aired it out and it still smoked like smoke, not the locations fault and something to do with the actual vehicle but a heads up to avoid Malibu's if you are a non-smoker.We wouldn't care except my partners works in the operating room as a health care professional and I meet clients consistently so you can image why that's not a good thing.So I called and unfortunately they didn't have any cars nor did any enterprise location within a 10 mile radius.Nonethless, the vehicle got me from point a to point b and they also picked me up and dropped me off from the dealership.Their managers and staff were also super professional and went above and beyond.
