I experienced fantastic service in a challenging Claims situation from Brian Trush and the Adjustments team at CalCas. Responsive, fair, and prompt. Thoroughly impressed. Thank you!

We have been insured by CaCas 22 YEARS.... then on renewal 6/23 our 2005 Ford 350 went from $1,074.00 to $1,686.00 (increase $550.00) 2014 Ford Edge $1,542.00 to $1,782.00 (increase $240.00) 2012 Ford Escape $643.00 to $1,047 (increase $404.00) no claims have been made on any of these three vehicles. 51% increase on the Ford 350. 16% increase on Ford Edge. 39% increase on the Ford Escape. When I asked why our insurance was increased so high was told " all insurance companies have increased rates" that is not an answer.... .Insurance is required by law and insurance companies are taking advantage of consumers .

If I could give them 0 stars I would. My roof is leaking and I have to find my own contractor to come out and check it. The price of them coming out will come out of my own pocket with the "possibility" of getting reimbursed. If Casualty thinks the bid is too high, I will have to find another contractor to come out. Then, the process will start over again. This is time consuming and frustrating. Especially when other insurance companies don't make their customers do this. I would STRONGLY discourage anyone from going with this company. Unfortunately, I'm stuck with them until the process is completed.

Do yourself a favor and get Geico or any other insurance company. I had been with Ca Casualty for about 10-12 years when the terrible service finally made me switch to Geico. Have been thankful ever since.

This is literally the worst insurance company to have if you have damage to your home. I had a fire and lost everything on 9/20/2020. I still haven't been paid a dime. Thank God I'm not homeless. Don't waste your time or money!

Customer service is very lacking. Reps never call us back. They can't even cover five vehicles on a single policyAfter providing dashcam footage and the police report showing that the other guy was cited for running a red light and causing the accident, California Casualty held me as 50% responsible for the accident. I subsequently went through Geico, the other guys insurance company, to get the issue settled. When Cal Cas refused to insure my motorcycle, I went to Geico. I got better customer service. Now I'm cancelling all my auto policies

CA Casualty is amazing towards their customers. I have yet to have an accident but i do have auto and home coverage through them and they are always extremely knowledgeable, helpful and provide amazing customer service. I never had a representative be pushy to make a purchase. They serve educators and first responders and provide outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

I have been with California Casualty for many years. I wanted to add to my insurance and they denied me, based on "previous claims". I asked, "What claims?" Apparently whenever I called to ask about making a claim (e.g., when my car was broken into) they call that a claim, even though I did not file a claim and even though there was no pay out!

I had them for 3 years and was tired of the policy increases. I told then 4 months ago via the web portal I was not renewing due to the premium increase. 3 months later I called in to ensure I would not be billed because the only response you get online is "call out customer service if you need assistance " I had a 3 hour fight because they insisted they could not cancel an ach payment unless you give them like 2 weeks notice. Next day I had a voicemail from the manager confirming the ach cancellation and my policy cancellation date. I was to pay a prorated 3 days which was fine. 3 months later I'm getting a notice I will go to collections if I dont pay the full 270. And somehow no one can seem to remove this from the acct and no one can explain what the issue is. Another hour wasted today and I have to wait for a call tomorrow. DO NOT USE THEM, I was able to get the same exact coverage through mercury for less than my original premium these con artists charged me. In 3 years I had 1 claim that was not an accident, they say that's the reason for the last increase, mercury doesn't even look at that claim because it was not an accident nor a moving violation.
