I'd give them ZERO STARS IF I COULD!!! Horrible Horrible service!! They never answer their phone defer to an " answering service" NEVER CALL YOU BACK try and charge late fees because of the above, don't process paperwork we drove down and dropped off for auto-pay because the person at the desk said " I dont know how" WORST STORAGE PLACE TO EVER DEAL WITH !!

Andrea was so kind and helpful, both over the phone and in person. This facility is very clean and secure. The drive up facilities are super convenient!

I rented a storage about 5 years ago, everything was fine until last year, when they changed the employees.The new manager is so rude, they don't care about the costumer service at all.From the first day I prepaid my rent yearly but she asked me for extra money couple of times.I don't stay there anymore.

I am a return customer and the staff at Budget Mini Storage is fantastic. Not only is the site conveniently located between Foster City and San Mateo, but they offer reasonably priced storage units within the fair market value of dollar per square foot.

GREAT SERVICE!! I reserved a locker online and I was contacted immediately to see if I had any questions. No choice overload. They answered the phone right away. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!! ! Very friendly, and professional. The facility is clean and the lockers are a great price. Im very pleased to have found Budget Storage.

Great prices, location and service. Steve is thorough and transparent throughout the entire process. The facility is older and the upstairs units don’t have an elevator which is really the only downside I saw. Otherwise everything is clean and secure.

Eric was excellent. When I originally looked the space was not suitable for me. He told me he would call if a ground floor unit became available. After a few weeks he called and offered to hold the space for me for a few days. I took the unit he offered and it was exceptionally easy process.

Friendly staff, decent selection of storage box sizes, and the price is OK for the are. My box was pretty clean and well ventilated. The facilities are basic (no climate control units), but that works for me. I wish there were more parking.

It is very budget - no elevator upstairs but they are upfront about it. Good price and the gentleman there was incredibly nice and professional. I think it’s being run by a good team.
