Three months before my wedding, my mom reached out to Georgette for advice and Georgette became my absolute angel! She went above and beyond to help me navigate the difficult situation with my credit card after the original store refused to refund my money.Given Georgette’s experiences and expertise with the Elysee/Enzoani dress designer, she was able to expedite an order for my original dream dress in the correct size, began alterations within a week, and then worked with my busy schedule over subsequent appointments to make sure the dress fit perfectly in all the right places. They even tailored my veil so it matched perfectly with my dress. Everything was pressed and beautiful for the day of my wedding. Their tailor Marie is professional, patient, and very meticulous. “I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Nelly's! Don't let the busy location in south San Francisco deter you , it is a wonderful, down to earth, family ran bridal shop that is worth going to.
I was thankful that owner Nelly was able to fit me in on short notice, and I appreciated her flexibility. While parking can be a bit of a challenge with only residential parking, it's not impossible. I recommend allowing some extra time to find a spot so you can arrive on time for your appointment.
Once inside, the shop feels warm and welcoming, with a cozy family atmosphere and an impressive selection of dresses. Nelly herself is a delight - warm, personable, and knowledgeable. I went in with a vague idea of what I wanted with little experience in dresses generally speaking. Nelly's expert guidance helped me find the perfect dress. It wasn't what I initially thought I would go for, but it's truly stunning!

Try on money goes towards purchase of a dress at Nicole's. Only marked down 1 star because would've preferred to pay to try on 3 Or more dresses and that didn't seem an option.”
