We love this little office furniture reseller in San Mateo. They have a lot of standard office equipment, from chairs, sofas, desks, standing desks, and cabinets.
On this visit, we saw a set of three Fritz Hansen series 7 chairs for an unbelievably great price. We snapped them up and are so happy with them. Though used, these chairs, along with all the other pieces they sell, are in good to very good condition.
We're so happy with this store!

We used A Better Source to furnish our office. The selection of chairs and phone booths was fantastic for the price point, and the customer service even better when we ran into issues. Working with Tracy and Rigo was a very pleasurable experience and would definitely recommend this company! I almost wish we needed more furniture so we can do business with them again.

Outstanding customer service and quality. We purchased an office full of furniture two years ago. Recently one stand-up desk stopped doing its thing and I honestly thought it had probably been too long for them to help. I was wrong! First class, top-notch service with quick email response and an onsite visit to make a fix at no charge. Highly recommend working with them.

I've gotten a few different pieces of office furniture here, and it's always been a good experience.This last time, my daughter wasn't happy with the sit/stand desks on display, ordered another option, and once it was there still didn't like it and we went back for something else.The Better Source people happily helped us through several iterations -- when I come back the next time, I sure hope they don't have to work quite as hard :-)Highly recommended.

A wonderful company run by wonderful people. My boyfriend and I have been looking to get him an Embody chair for his home setup (work and gaming) for forever! But of course, that chair at retail price could cost us up to $2k for a new one. We heard about Better Source from a friend and decided to go check it out. Lo and behold, they had the perfect Embody chair - and in PERFECT condition - going for $700! That's more than 1/2 off! The process was so incredibly smooth. We spoke to the man upfront (unfortunately I never got his name - shame on me!) who was extremely helpful in the purchasing process. He allowed my boyfriend to reserve a chair (and he even picked out the "best" one for him) without a deposit. On the week of July 4th we were able to pick it up and see it for ourselves. It was perfect. ZERO flaws. We basically got a whole new Embody chair and it didn't cost us $2k. I have been interested in getting an Uplift desk for quite some time and I heard that they'll be getting more with different tops. We will continue to come back here and see what more they'll get in the future. We have zero reservations when it comes to supporting such an excellent business like this. Bought a used Steelcase LeapV2 from here in great condition and reasonable price. The collection was good including different colors and sizes of chairs. Great experience browsing on website and chatting on phone before visiting to make sure they had enough inventory for the kinds of chairs I wanted to try out (Aeron, Amia, Gesture, Leap, Think, etc). Highly recommend buying here instead of new. Save your money, save your back, save the Earth all in one transaction.

I have a friend in the know and O was looking for a new office chair as I had unsuccessfully tried 3 through a major online store and hadn't been happy with any of them. A good chair can be very expensive and I wanted to get a good chair but be reasonable on the price. She took me here. Boy is my spine and tailbone glad she did! Great prices of liquidated furniture. The gentleman there was really helpful and knowledgeable about the items and the uses and knobs and buttons. He answered all my questions, told me about the warranty on this chair and loaded it up for me. Do yourself a favor and stop by.
