I tried to open a personal account and a business account, they took a long time to respond and didn't even want to see the documentation and proof of address I had. I do not recommend this place.

Came today they were closed "for lunch"There was no sign nor any one saying when they will be open or why there were closed.There was no security guy at the front too.I could see people just walking around inside the back for the last 10 minutes but no one would come to let us (20 people standing outside the door ) know anything at all .Very unprofessional and IRRESPONSIBLE.

Waited in business clients line, another staff member tells me teller will be right back. 5 minutes later business teller returns and tells me they are closed and I now have to wait in the standard line with many more people in in than when I first arrived. This is why I have pulled 3 of our companies out of bofa, and only keep 5-10% of the remaining deposits in bofa. The service, and hours are terrible. And we also closed all saving accounts as interest is essential 0% while I can get 3-5% elsewhere.The teller I eventually got was friendly, and efficient which is the only reason I gave it an extra star.

While the exterior and the lobby look clean and professional, the service is way below average. I don’t know if it’s a staffing issue, or a training issue, but most of the people who work there don’t seem to know what they’re doing. There’s always a line, even for the most basic service. Such a waste of a great location.

I think I'd rather have a bank account with my worst enemy. For some reason the people who work at this branch try to make things as difficult and time consuming as possible . If you added all the people who work there IQ points it would not be close to half the points needed to be considered a slow adult. Usually people are evil or stupid when incompetent not both. This place wins the award for being the worst combination of everything bad you could think of when dealing with another human being. Where are they finding these people?

Chronically understaffed. Be prepared to wait in the teller line for 20 to 30 minutes....every single time. If time is money, this bank owes me a refund for the hours I have spent standing around waiting in line over the past year.

Its a good facility, good people in place, never in a rush. Courtesy of the staff they are professional, respectful and committed to excellence. The staff is dressed to impress and love this location. An experience team able to answer every and all of my questions.

Horrible experience at the bussiness department I opened an account never got my card but my account was charged until it went to zero for not "using the account" I NEVER GOT THE CARD. Made an appointment to deposit more money as I needed a business account for taxes just to wait over half an hour after my appointment to he told I can't deposit money without the card. I told the foreign lady I was done with BOA and I wanted to close my account and she couldn't even do that! It took months to get my accounts closed! Stay away from these people. Illiterate and irresponsible.

This is the only Bank of America open in this area ,and always is short of staff,long waiting lines, Poor service every time , never have enough change ,but like i said i have no choice and i have to come here to do my business.

No bank tellers at all, and a line of over 6 people waiting for over 20 minutes; some individuals need help as quick as possible but with no one at the counter there is no help. Absolutely ridiculous horrible customer service, and no professionalism.

Every time I come there is always a line of 15-20 with no more than 3 tellers. And I typically come at 10 am, just an hour after they open and still they only have 2 tellers. Also as a merchant I should not have to wait in this line, there should be a separate line for merchants as there are at most financial institutions but there is not. If this was not the closest bank to my employer and I did not have to come here I would not.
