I went to return a gas cap that I bought 5 days prior. The cashier inspected the cap and the receipt thoroughly then told me he can’t return it because the manager is not working today and for me to return it today I can go to a different location where the store manager maybe working. I said why would you need a big manager to return unused $20 gas cap? then he said it has a scratch, I challenged him to show the scratch but he couldn’t show it. Then I said if you don’t return it per your policy, then I will call my credit card and dispute it, then he said let me make a phone call, while I waited close to 10m, I saw a manager stocking some products. Then the cashier came back and said we will only return it this time. I said you have given me hell of hard time for no reason, I assure you I will never buy anything from your store so you don’t have to worry about me returning anything. I was told by another cashier this guy was a manager trainee. good luck to him he will need it!!!

Great store right on el Camino real. It’s a smaller store, which I like. The staff is helpful and friendly.

Needed a new battery - Palo Alto Autozone store thought they had one and didn't.
This store was friendly, fast and had the parts they said they had.

Yesterday, I went in for headlights and was confused (and accusatory, I admit) about headlights. Alicia immediately went out to my car with me and had SO much patience while I fumbled with the hood latch and my purchased lights. She was kind, helpful, patient and a Rockstar employee. A+ for her and Autozone.

Shout out to Armando who helped me to purchase and install new low beam headlights! One of them seemed faulty so I went back and they were so helpful in checking and replacing the faulty headlamp with a new one! Thank you!

I ordered on the AutoZone website and selected in store pick up. When I came to pick up the items, they were unable to find my order. Either someone had accidentally taken my order or the website glitched and didn't send my order. Confused, I drove away and asked their manager to call me. He called me back and he quickly and generously resolved my issue and I couldn't be happier with what could have been a 1 star situation into a glowing 5 star!!

Came here yesterday to get new head lights for my car, was serviced pretty quickly, but what really stood out was I saw John putting on wiper blades in the rain, and what I heard from the customer was that she didnt even buy the wipers from AutoZone. This showed that they really care about their customers. Will Definity be back and recommend to my friends and family.

Rafael is so helpful and I’m really grateful for his assistance since I know almost nothing about car maintenance. Actually Rafael helped me at Millbrae branch for changing head light and air filters a month ago. He is always friendly and provides excellent customer service!

Edgar is the man, he was super helpful in getting the right materials to repair paint coating on my car that had a lot of scuffs and scratches. Autobody and detailers quoted me ridiculous amounts to fix the issue. Using Edgar's recommended products, I saved at least $1,000 of unnecessary repairs!!!
