Yesterday, I went in for headlights and was confused (and accusatory, I admit) about headlights. Alicia immediately went out to my car with me and had SO much patience while I fumbled with the hood latch and my purchased lights. She was kind, helpful, patient and a Rockstar employee. A+ for her and Autozone.
