I miss William, he was so caring and considerate. It’s really changed since he has not been around. I don’t feel the same customer service or care is taken. This used to be my go to shop for all repairs. Not anymore unfortunately

Felt incredibly desperate after I got a flat tire out of nowhere and I usually have AAA but I was having issues getting them to come out so Autotronics was supposed to my saving grace. Already feeling overwhelmed, I walked in and was met with subpar customer service. All I said was hi and one of the mechanics just immediately points to me to the desk without saying anything. I was desperate, I would have waited hours for their help but then the lady at the desk made it seem like I was being an inconvenience because they were so busy. I went down the street instead. Granted, I wasn’t looking for large automotive repair so the amount of business I was bringing realistically was insignificant but there’s better ways of communicating with any potential clientele. It felt rude and disrespectful.

We brought our Tesla in after a message popped up that we may need to rotate the tires. They took us in promptly and after thoroughly checking the tires they said they were in great shape and we didn’t need to rotate them yet. Joyce and Geovanni were incredibly honest and kind to tell us this and they did not charge us a penny when we asked if we could give them some money for their time. We will 100% be back when it is time to rotate them! Highly recommend - it’s not everyday you find such genuine people!

This is a 5 star experience with fantastic prices. Went for a tyre replacement. Ordered that immediately and fixed it within 20 mins. I cannot believe how fast it all got done. The owner was knowledgable and focused on top tier customer experience.
I’m not going to any other garage ever.

Horrible customer service, I was waiting for almost 30 mins and no one came to help me even though I called prior showing up. Even the workers were telling the bosses about me but they just kept ignoring them and me.

I recently took my car to autotronics mechanic shop and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. Joyce was incredibly knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure my car was running smoothly. She took the time to explain everything to me in a way that I could understand, and I never felt like she was trying to push any unnecessary repairs on me.In addition to her expertise, Joyce was also very friendly and personable. William as the owner is honest and reliable. Always with a smile and someone who you can count on as your mechanic who is always truthful and the rates a good. Today it's a rare quality as I've been to too manny other shops and gotten ripped off.
