They won't be able to start the repair for another week but that is okay. So far Europa has been very pleasant to deal with and their estimate was very fair.

Took my truck in to get fixed as I was in a car accident and they not only fixed and made it look great. I also had it cleaned inside and out and that was not part of what we were supposed to do so I would recommend them to everybody on the planet. They are fantastic.

Excellent customer service! Warm, friendly and high quality service. I took my SUV into fix a leaking sunroof on my 4Runner. Mo finished the job quickly AND cleaned my floor mats and carpet to remove the stain and smell. Such great service! I would highly recommend Europa to anyone that appreciates quality and attentive service along with genuine kindness.

I have to agree with the other positive reviews. I brought my car to Auto Europa based on a recommendation from Big E Auto. I trust Big E because he is extremely honest and has intrgrity, and treats people right. It shouldn't be a surprise, therefore, that his recommendation for body work has the same morals and treats his customers in the same manner. Not to mention, he does fantastic work. I very rarely post reviews online, but my experience at Auto Europa with MO and his staff was so positive that it was absolutely warranted. People need to know that this type of experience is available on the Peninsula, and it can be found at Auto Europa in San Mateo. Truly appreciate you guys!!

On the Auto Europa website, under Gallery, you'll see my 1973 Karmann Ghia being totally repainted (after a fuel leak and engine fire destroyed the rear end). I bought the Ghia in Sept. 2017, and spent $$$ restoring it for 2+ years. I took possession in April 2020, but at 77, I'm not smelling the "gas fumes" I did in my youth (say, when I was 50). I spent considerable $$$ trying to alleviate this problem to no avail. During the time I tried to solve this problem, I met with Ken at Jansen Enterprise (another 5 star shop), in San Mateo. I saw a lot of their work (premiere engine builders) and the afternoon after my engine fire, I called them and told them what happened and that I wanted them to build me a new engine. During this conversation they recommended Mo at Europa Motors SM and I spoke with him next. Luckily, I had a great policy with Hagerty and Mo took care of everything, including doubling the amount of the original estimate by the Hagerty field agent. I couldn't be happier with the workmanship, final results and the new friends I made. Recently the Ghia was entered in the Corte Madera Lions EV & Classic Car Show. I proudly displayed "Carmen" to many impressed attendees and proudly passed along the contact information for Mo and Ken (my heroes). Thanks gentlemen.

Mo, the owner and his assistant were great from beginning to end. Mo was very responsive to my initial call. He had an estimate prepared based on my VIN and photos quickly without my having to bring the car in. My insurance company passed the broken glass repair off to safelite, who tried to limit my reimbursement amount. Mo dealt with them and their paperwork even though he didn't have to. He ordered the parts quickly, they came on time, and he was ready for my car on the date we scheduled. He got the repair done by lunch which was earlier than promised. He also cleaned my car inside and out and buffed out a scratch for a small fee. His helper dropped me at work after I dropped the car off initially. This was one of the best experiences I have had with auto service in a Very long time. I will likely bring my other vehicles there to have dents and scratches repaired now too, because I would love to give Mo more business. Thanks Mo for a first class experience!!

I called Auto Europa this morning to see about getting a quote for minor bumper damage to a Volvo xc90. I say "minor" but you know replacing these new bumpers with all their sensors and such can wind up costing thousands of dollars. So I was really hoping the bumper could be repaired and not replaced but I also half expected any body shop to tell me I'd need a new one. I brought the car over (no appt necessary for a quick estimate - awesome!) and Mo, the owner, came out and fixed it up for me and refused to take any money for it. What?? Who is this guy? A throwback from the days when folks were kind and honest and not all about the $$? Mo's story is a good throwback too...working at this shop since he was 15 years old and then bought it from the owner. I love that!! I'll be coming back for any future auto body needs and I will make sure that all my friends and family know about this place - Mo's place!! Hey, Mo! Thanks again!

I had a minor scrape on a rental car, and my insurance company recommended I take it to Auto Europa for an estimate. Will took a look at it and said he could fix it right then and there. Turns out it was just paint that had been scraped onto the car. Will rubbed it our with paint thinner, and voila! good as new. Thank you so much, Will!
