Wishy washy rates when you're in a bind. Waited 2 hrs for a tow only to be informed the driver cancelled. They didn't call me, I had to call and find out. They say 24hr tow but it should have a disclaimer..."When we feel like it".

The person on the phone for scheduling was very nice and helpful, and gave me a quote right away. The driver came on time as scheduled and was very helpful too. He was able to jump start my car, so they ended up charging me less than quoted because they didn’t need to tow my car after all.

Staff was real helpful and attended me with quickly. My car had been in a bad accident and was totaled. After waiting a week on the insurance I ended up with a week worth of storage fees. When I signed over title they waived the fees, which was a very nice gesture on the company's behalf. Thanks for making my experience a little easier to deal with.

They came in less than half the eta predicted by the insurance company. I was blessed because there was also a training taking place so the trainee made things quicker because 2 pair of hands are always better than one. They were very pleasant, kind, personable and such gentleman. They communicated with me throughout the whole process which was pretty educational and enjoyable. They answered all my questions. I felt very secure with them towing my vehicle. I wish this type of smooth experience for anyone in need of a tow. They were also considerate and communicative to the nearby drivers and people that were parking close by. They drove safely. They were communicative with the dealership as well. I dislike that I did not remember their names. All of this happened during rush hour traffic as well. Not sure which location they came from but hopefully this is a reflection of the each location.

These guys are the best. My suburban died and Chevy roadside couldn't tow it. I was told to call Atlas cause they can tow anything and they were right!
