Arco on Poplar and El Camino... What's the disconnect? Not only is it the most expensive gas in the area, but the staff there are unnecessarily rude. It's no surprise it has a 1-star rating on Yelp. I needed air due to a screw in my tire and asked for the pump to be turned on after getting gas, but the attendant outright refused. Why do some people go out of their way to complicate simple tasks?

I put gas at this location and asked for the attendant to turn the air on. He told me to put my credit card in to pay for the air. I showed him the attached picture letting him know, by law, in the state of California, he's required to turn the air on for me at which point he stated "you're not being nice to me so I have the right to refuse service." This is wild to me because the air is free and I have never come across such a childish interaction from a grown man. All i asked was to turn the air on but he didn't like that I took a picture of the sign. The number on the sign goes nowhere and the manager number he provided is disconnected. I will be filing a complaint with the BBB. I highly suggest staying away from this subpar gas station.

Pity you can’t give less than 1 ⭐️ $12.70 for cigarettes, high Gas pricing, credit card charges & rude owners/cashier workers! Forget this dump!

The male behind plexiglass window was not helpful. Asked he break a $20 bill for 2 $10.00 bills, he said it's Sunday, sorry... Last time I'll be coming here... should've seen the review prior before I came here.

At night gas pumps even tho they look working they don't , none of them works at night time , it's better you guys turn off lights of gas pumps !!! Misleading people and wasting our times ? Don't go late hours

Would not recommend put the same amount of petrol in another gas station in san mateo and got 60 miles of a difference Convinced mostly air coming out of pump rather than petrol
