Did an instore pickup order and even called to confirm they had what I ordered in stock. I show up and they don’t have it in stock.

While the store is well merchandised the store associates are ill trained and rude. They stand around chatting rather than attend to the register and refuse to call their customer service when needed. They ignore the call buttons in the fitting room and act put out when asked if there is a different size available.
December 2023
It's a really cute store, but the staff are aged 15-21. It's a bit of a mess, they canceled my pickup order because they "couldn't find the item" but it was in the store, and refused to cancel the order unless I paid for the jeans again. There's about 25 staff in store, but no one knows what's going on.
