Scammers feels comfortable "selling"on Aliexpress. The corporate office not responsible. Only good thing is sometimes you can see a really good sellers there. They must run to Temu. I have 3 items which still not refunded. But such a huge choice, it's difficult completely ignores Ali.

Alibaba is a scam. The refund guarantee is worthless. The tactic is keep requesting information, not look at evidence and make the buyer give up. Alibaba will ALWAYS take a dishonest sellers side in a dispute. We are referring the US subsidiary to the US Trade Practices Commission. Suggest you do also. BEWARE.

Aliexpress customer service is the WORST imaginable support possible! They expect you to do everything multiple time inorder to recive a refund. And you have to pay for returns and try to be reimbursed. They stopped doing return lables. So all-out doing is fighting for refunds because their site is full of scammers!

They are a crooked company using chip prices to rob customers. Alibaba collected $2427.72 from me but the seller said she did not have the products in stock and cancel the order. Alibaba only return $1132 and kept $1295. They lie to my credit card company by saying they sent me products that was not true. Another order for $1771 they sent me very chip products when I complained they agreed to refund me $929 or loose everything. I also order genuine leathe they sent me all fake leather. Stay away they will rob you

I often have used AliExpress.com, a subsidiary of the Alibaba Group. As of today, I am done being a loyal consumer, nor will I any longer recommend their site. Their dispute process isn't rational or fair to buyers. There is no quality control, so sellers can keep being shady. Complete lack of customer service or care:1. Sellers falsely advertise products, so the actual merchandise that arrives isn't as it appears in photos. (See example. The wall stickers looked 3D and with a glass/jewel effect on the website, and look "blah" in person.)2. You can buy the same sized shoes from the same seller and they ship you 2 pairs of shoes that literally are 2 different lengths, even though the sizes are the same number. (See example.)3. A seller can wrongly deliver your package to an address on the other side of your country, not accepting fault for the error, still telling you to pick it up and not offering a refund.4. It's not worth dealing with these hassles when items take 1-2 months just to arrive.
