Ordering online from Ah Sam was easier than expected and the product they delivered exceeded expectations!! Given they are such a long standing local small business, I was surprised to find they made the process of ordering online just as easy as it is ordering from larger flower delivery websites. My son was having surgery and I, his mother, was going through chemo in another state. I selected Ah Sam's because it came in a list of florists in San Mateo. I ordered a bouquet online and after placing the order, I discovered a mistake in my personal note. I called and a very pleasant individual made the correction and the order was sent off to my son's. Later that day, I received a thank you and a photo of the arrangement I had selected. All of this was accomplished easily, professionally, and graciously!! .... these last mentioned qualities are not experienced regularly these days!!Thank you, Ah Sam Floral Co.
