The jump and the staff were awesome! Even was happy about everyone in the plane, how everyone was bumping fist before the jump. A wonderful first time experience! for me and my daughter. However, we pay an extra $119 (each) for the the video and photo, so a total $238. They told me that it will take 48 hours to receive it in my email. I am currently still waiting and it's been a whole week. WHERE ARE MY VIDEOS AND PHOTOS!!

First of all, the location is pretty straightforward and if you follow Google Maps, you've nothing to worry about. Just remember to bring some snacks and water together with you, in case there's a long waiting time. There's a public restroom prepared with an allocated sitting area. Nothing fancy, but modest enough. The whole process took me about 1.75 hours from land to sky, which is neat for me as their website mentioned an expected required time of 3 hours. Don't forget to bring physical cash if you want to save on some cash. It'll be an extended hefty price if you don't find the experience worth it.*Ranting: My tandem instructor (For the sake of his image), Ki was a little too passive. He is probably one of the most experienced instructors with (1000+ of jumps) but he is just too ignorant towards customers'requests. All I ask is to teach me something that I can bring home as a memory, but it was rejected with the word " Just trust me, and you will be fine, no need to ask more questions". Paraphrased. Well, I initially did trust but it gradually depreciated. Stop constantly demand your customers to place their life on you. My advice: Be more responsive and show some care for your customers paying $497 (Without tips) for this experience - That's including 18,000 feet, all the possible video & camera options. Other staff members were really friendly and polite, just you ruining a good jump. There's more to it, but I would not say more. Can't you just spare a minute explaining what's happening? ? Awful start for me, but I went with him anyway because I did not want to stir anything up. Peeps, know what's the worst part? Most (70%) of the videos and images captured would have his face and body inside. So, if you're in my case, request for a switch prior to boarding the plane.*Returning backPay attention to your instructors' vague briefing because you do not want to be clueless in the middle of the sky. That's all that you can have.I jumped in November and if you did 18,000ft, wear thick folks! Because it's no joke up there. Customers are the only people without a helmet except for safety goggles, meaning to say, bring your neckwear or something to cover your face. I know, you would not be photogenic, but better comfy than suffering during free falling. There's no jumpsuit available even if you want to rent one. Make sure to bring your own pair of thermal gloves for extra warmth. This is provided but I would rather use my own. This is important, search for "Equalize your ears", nothing was mentioned in the briefing but fortunately for me, my underwater diving knowledge helped this time.Last but not least, check your breath, otherwise a faint odor would present coming from your back. A silent gas would haunt you. And yes if you do tandem, you would be so close to your instructors thigh that you can feel the emitted heat.Best of luck people, it's not the jump that I feared, it's the fear that arises from a diluted once in a lifetime opportunity due to human interactions.

I felt a bit apprehensive until the instructor, who clearly had a lot of experience, explained what I needed to do. The entire dive unfolded seamlessly, culminating in a flawless landing on our feet. Grateful for Vitor's exceptional guidance and instruction – a truly remarkable diving experience! For those diving in winter, I recommend wearing warm clothes, as the skydiving team does not provide additional clothing. Fortunately, I had just enough warm attire for the occasion.

Amazing experience! Even though I was set on jumping and not really nervous, Kike was thoughtful and made me feel very safe. Once you jump, it is the most blissful feeling in the world. Tracy and the whole crew run a great operation.

We had twenty folks (a college rugby team plus two coaches) -- first time sky diving for everyone. The tandem instructors were detailed and caring and patient (and very competent!). The company handled our numbers easily. Amazing experience.

OMG..... FOR ANYONE WHO WANTS TO SKYDIVE THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO GO DO IT AT. I JUST DID MY FIRST JUMP (TANDEM) FROM 18,000 FT AND WHEN I TELL YOU I WAS SCARED WHEN I ARRIVED. I WAS HONEST ABOUT IT WHILE CHECKING IN AND THEY (Trish) LISTENED AND TALKED ABOUT IT WHILE I CHECKED IN AND INSTANTLY MADE ME FEEL MORE COMFORTABLE WITH JUMPING. MY INSTRUCTOR OR TANDEM JUMPER (Gustavo) WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND ANSWERED MY QUESTIONS WITH AND MADE ME FEEL SO COMFORTABLE IT WAS AS THOUGH HIS KNOWLEDGE AND STRAIGHT FORWARD ANSWERS ALONG WITH HIS EXPERIENCE WASHED AWAY MY FEARS OF JUMPING. WHEN IT WAS OUR TURN TO JUMP HE TALKED ME THROUGH EVERY SINGLE STEP OF WHAT HE WAS DOING AND EVERYTHING HE DID HE EXPLAINED IT WHILE DOING SO. NEXT THING I KNEW WE WERE FREE FALLING AND ALTHOUGH SCARY AT FIRST IT WAS TRULY, "THE MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE IT WAS FOR A LACK OF BETTER WORDS A LITTLE PIECE OF HEAVEN SOARING THROUGH THE AIR."IT WAS SUCH A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE I CAN WAIT FOR NEXT WEEKEND BECAUSE I PLAN ON DOING IT AGAIN.IF YOU WANT JUMPERS THAT ARE KNOWLEDGEABLE, FRIENDLY, EXPERIENCED, CARING THEN YOU WANT THE GUYS AT "Silicon Valley Skydiving"Trish & Gustavo thank you and everyone involved with you guys for a AMAZING EXPERIENCE I Must Say Best Birthday EverLooking forward to seeing you guys soon for jump number 2

As a first time skydiver there was a lot of anxiety and fear leading up to the jump. On the day of the jump the team was very supportive and informative on the process of the jump. The tandem instructors are very experienced and took all the responsibility of the jump allowing you to take in the experience. The views during the dive are amazing and a sight to see and something you will always remember. There are multiple options for content. There was an individual taking photos on the ground during the entire experience ($50 extra cash). And the go pro video provided came with still pictures.

If you are wondering "should I try skydiving" the answer is yes, and Silicon Valley Skydiving is the place! We arrived early and were not sure if we were at the correct location, but soon after several large trailers pulled up, the doors opened and a complete command center appeared right before our eyes. We were then paired with our jump professional, harnessed up and off to the plane. As the plane climbed to the appropriate altitude, "Goose" my assigned professional, went over a few more details. Soon the side door rolled up, other jumpers before us jumped out and we took position at the door and were into the wind in one smooth motion. I did not have that uneasy falling feeling, just a very comfortable sense of floating/flying and the wind was no problem. One tip, the instructor will instruct you how to land standing up on your feet which is a great way to finish the experience.

So much fun. Everyone is super excited to see brand new faces. The entire group is very welcoming. Don,t want to jump, you can fly next to the pilot instead. Was amazing to see the entire bay area from 18k in the air.

The staff were very nice and friendly. Also, there are not many things in this world which can match the joy of jumping from an airplane! But I had two give them two stars, because:- There was a 5% hidden fee._ They kept us waiting for 2.5 hours!

What an unbelievable experience! I am grateful to the folks here for making this possible for me and for so many others. The staff, from the folks working the office to the folks strapped to us when we jumped, are absolutely top-notch. The entire place was incredibly calming, helping to cool my nerves before the big jump. My skydiving coach, Kraken, in particular was awesome. He made me feel safe, but also incredibly pumped for the ride! I cannot overstate the enthusiasm and joy the folks who work here have. Despite my jump being their 1,000+ jump, they were just as excited as me to hop out of the plane, and were super happy for me and my friends to have joined the skydiving community. I will DEFINITELY be returning!

Firstly, This experience is unforgettable. I enjoyed every bit of a second. Shoutout to Rob, he was an awesome guy and did very professional job also you may have a little parachute control (which was incredible) if you be a good boy. Only thing that bored us is 3hrs wait time. We came at 1.15pm and jumped at 4. so i can assume it don’t take 3hrs always however this was what we got. Lady who’s taking care of the management was a chill person and tried her best. Lastly, 100% recommended experience that you to put your bucket list.Sincerely.
