“What a little gem! We were driving past and the signs caught our attention so we decided to stop on in. Our boys had a blast looking at the baby chicks, chickens, ducklings and rabbits. The owner and staff are the friendliest and more than happy to help and answer any questions we had. We bought a few toys and treats for our doggies, but they definitely have supply to meet all your animal needs. Definitely check them out!”

“I called ahead of time because a uvb bulb that I got for my bearded dragon went out 2 days after I bought it. I didn’t have the box or receipt and I bought the original bulb in Campbell. Gilroy was the only place nearby that had the bulb in stock, Santa Cruz location kept telling me to call back later. The lady on the phone didn’t seem enthused about the exchange, but since I used my Treats account, that were able to look up the order and exchange the bulb for me. 4 stars because it’s a typical Petsmart, but the employees were able to help me exchange a product that I didn’t have the box or receipt for”
“Best supply store ever. From the service to selection, this store goes above and beyond. With our new pup we got the 10x5 dog kennel and other supplies. The staff was amazing. “Amazing staff. Went out of their way to accommodate us. We called to buy a bale of straw for our Halloween display and they were getting ready to close. We had drive over an hour. The cashier took payment over the phone and had the receipt and straw placed right outside the gate. We will be back next year. Thank you again”
