Giovanni was so helpful I was very happy with my boots and boot bag the shoes were so comfortable water proof I get scared I'm gonna fall he measured my feet to see my size one foot was half size smaller I tried on 3 pair thought I needed big calf one but the cut I got was good for me got the rank 45 xero gravity using them for my lil sis wedding she's doing a Western theme I was gonna get 2 other kinds but fell in love with my 3rd choice first time buyer I'm in love with them make sure Giovanni helps u he's the best.

On new years Eve, I came to this location with my dad and little sister. My father is a tall male of darker complexion . I myself am a lighter/medium complexion as well is my sister. We walked to the counter where there was a white woman who eye'd my dad up and down but didn't acknowledge us or ask to assist us. We stood there for about 5mins. When a more Hispanic/latin woman came to the counter she acknowledged her and said "can you ring them up". This woman really racially profiled us due to the way we looked and my dad unaware of the entire systemic profiling/racism wanted to just pay. I didn't acknowledge her ignorance but I don't know how you have a racist white woman working here. This one woman has changed my perspective on ever attending BootBarn ever.

My experience is limited here but I had a very positive experience when I needed to exchange a pair of boots I had purchased online. Perla helped me, was patient, kind, and helpful. She found the correct size for me and got the exchange done without delay. Store appeared well stocked and clean. Smelled of leather which is good for a western store.

Bought my first pair of boots today. Went in knowing that it was probably gonna be tough finding a pair that I liked and was comfortable in since I have wide feet and there is typically not a ton of options for wide feet. Walked around for a bit when I got there and then Doug asked me if I was doing alright. I told him I really wanted to buy my first pair of boots in a wide size. He told me no problem. He spent a solid 30-45 min helping me find a pair I liked and was comfortable in. He had me try on a couple pairs to find a baseline and go from there. Really cool and nice guy. Thank you Doug for helping me out!

I came in with my whole family ready to buy Christmas present and spend $$$ there was 2 employees, one male (think he was a manager) & an older women, both white. They were racist & rude. Customer service was ass
