I only bank at this Wells Fargo branch. it is by far the best Wells Fargo branch around. they just know how to deal with customers on a very professional level rather than the impersonal treatment at some other branches. Manager Jen is very efficient and helpful. Teller Josie is great and always helps me with such kindness and explains everything so well to me. Nic Pons, my banker is absolutely terrific. and I do not know what I would do if I didn't have Nic to service my accounts. Yes, expect longer wait times since less staff but that is happening everywhere -- this is a part of modern reality. When it is your turn, you will be treated with respect and given great service. I never have to wait that long in line despite less staff now than they had pre-pandemic.

My husband and I made an online appointment at this San Marino branch. We needed assistance on one of our accounts. Lucky to have met a relationship banker named Jaime Aguinaga. He was very patient, knowledgeable, professional and explains very well. The made the process look simple and we enjoyed talking to him. He has very good people skills and his service was excellent. He is indeed an asset to Wells Fargo.

Went to the branch to open a savings account, the service was excellent, I have bank with them long time ago and I decided to go back and I'm glad I did it they really went beyond helping me. Thank you so much for the excellent great service you've provided I recommend this branch 100%

Been a customer of here for 30 years. Used to be good but service and attitude have gone downhill in the last 2 years. The manager there (short frizzy hair) is horrible. They really don't care about your business any more.

1. Cleanness & Parking- clean, no trash on floor, shared parking with other stores, need to park in the back due to limited parking in front because of main street huntington but at least no fee nor limit 2. Contactless payment- yes, apple pay is used here 3. Reservations/Appointment - first come first serve for tellers & appointments are recommended for sitting down with a banker 4. Customer Service/Assistance - all employees have been nice 5. Amenities- been with wells fargo 11 years, no issues with this bank, but this is my favorite location for customer service compared to others in my reviews each star is given when they meet all my top necessities overall, i've been most happy with this location & wells fargo as my bank

I went in to withdraw cash out due to having car issues and I was assisted immediately. The two female teller's were nice and sat me down with Amy Yau. Amy Yau was pleasant to talk to and it felt like a friend was helping me out. I felt emphasized with about my situation and she even gave information regarding credit card plans I could apply for. I didn't feel pressured and since I have been already looking to apply for one, I felt comfortable applying for a credit card with Amy Yau. Again I was given good customer service and will most likely return here more if needed.

10 years ago this branch was the best . Lot of tellers, good manager, friendly and helpful. Before the pandemic it was getting a bit less efficient, lots of employee left, new faces come In and not as good. Now even worse as day goes by. Any bank let customers wait for 10 mins or longer is not acceptable. A manager should step up and move the line with direct deposits and move customers that need special needs to desk agents. Management skills are so poor. They even direct me to use the ATM to make my deposit . Once i wanted to do a wire transfer ,I need to make an appointment like 2 days a later. They say we are booked. Ya I am sure. Even told me to do my own wire transfer online. I am buying a house not buying a potato . Seriously , if not my mortgage , my business , my merchant account and owing Wells Fargo stocks, I would have left long time ago. Maybe it's time to go.

Amy Yau is awesome! She helped my mom with 5 different things. She was very patient and went over and beyond. I can't say enough about her. Fion is great too! Superb exceptional customer service! Thank you guys for everything!

I've been going to this bank for many years. Today I went in to do a transaction. While I waited, I was forced to listen to some kind of piped in Muzak soundtrack. It's bad enough that we have to be put on hold and forced to listen to this crap when we conduct business by phone. Now we're forced to hear it outside the home? Not cool. I brought it up with one of the tellers too. Guess what, they all hate it. If you have to have music in the background, pick easy listening stuff people are familiar with. This stuff gets under your skin and not in a good way.

Went to Wells Fargo today with the intention of becoming a signer on my Mom's account. Due to the wording in her trust this wasn't possible but Norene suggested I have Power of Attorney so that I can access her account at anytime. Norene was knowledgeable, patient and helpful and we walked out with what we needed. How nice that Wells Fargo has such a competent employee available on a Saturday morning! Not to mention that they offered us coffee and tea while we were waiting. If I lived closer I would make this my home bank.

The tellers are always very helpful! I appreciate how fast they do my deposits! Always smiling ! The location is not very busy so you can get whatever you need done very quickly. Daniel Rolden is usually my teller and he does an awesome job!

It's the extras that make this Wells Fargo shine. Their free coffee and lollipops go a long with me, and the employees are super friendly. On a banking note, I like having the digital currency display at the front, telling me what denominations and country's currency are going for. Parking is shaded both in the garage and alleyway, so it's especially nice coming here during the summer, just to cool off from the hot sun. Did I mention the Chinese New Year calendar? Being in San Marino, this branch carries all the traditional Chinese necessities, such red envelopes, crisp paper money, and the traditional calendar. If you give them advance notice, they can even get you Yuan or yen if you find yourself travelling in the future. I can't say enough good things about this branch, in particular. Please forgive me for not providing a snapshot of the bank, but I did not want to look too conspicuous in the eyes of the Bank Manager...
