I have shipped many boxes, Notary, overnight letters etc. i have ALWAYS found the owner, staff professional and courteous. I would highly recommend them them to my family and friends and others.

Dropping off a small Amazon return and was told it needed to be packaged in a pouch or box. Offered no help so had to go back home and go to another UPS store.

This is my go to UPS Store in San Gabriel. Ample parking in the front of the store off Huntington and parking in the back.Best part is that they are also open on Sundays (as not all UPS Stores are).It's next to a Starbucks so get your Amazon returns and a beverage on the same trip!

This store has ridiculous shipping rules. On two separate occasions, I’ve taken boxes (adequately packaged and taped) to this store only to be told by staff that they would need to put my box into one of their new boxes. Both times, I left and took boxes to nearby UPS stores where they were shipped without issue. They seem to have a policy of mandatory package up charging. UPS stores in Alhambra and at Sierra Madre/Colorado are certainly friendlier when it comes to packaging.

I needed to pack and ship a box. Though the store itself is pricey, Chris was very helpful, friendly and had a great attitude. It made a chore not so bad. I was very happy to have someone help me who was super upbeat and ready to help.

The customer service here is horrible - one of the clerks helping me was just so miserable and completely rude to me. I had to drop off a pre-paid return and he refused by box after already having scanned my return code and insisted that I re-pack my box. It was a box. He insisted that I needed a box for my box. Why would you proceed to scan my return code and then decide not to ship it? He said he dis not process it and gave no explanations. He was just so unprofessional and left me not wanting to return to ship from this store.

COVID-19: Social distancing is not enforced at this establishment. Some of the staff wears a mask. All customers are not expected to wear a mask. It's optional now. Some of the staff also wears gloves. There are some hand sanitizers available for customers to use. This place is open and available with no limited capacity. They are not sanitizing in between customers. COVID-19 Vaccination Proof: This establishment currently does not require proof of vaccination. While I was here in this establishment several days ago, I asked if they had any special offers and they weren't offering any at the moment. They also do not allow pets in their establishment UNLESS it's a service animal. Parking: The parking lot for this establishment is located in the front of the store. It's actually street parking only. Lots of street parking spots for you to choose from. Store & Staff: The store itself is very clean, neat, and tidy. The staff here are very friendly and efficient. They accept both cash and credit cards. There is no credit card minimum.

I used to like this store but I will be changing my box as soon as possible., staff is rude ., not friendly anymore ., makes me feel like not coming here . Also I have received mail from other people, which makes me think has anyone received my mail as well ?

Not just any UPS Store. This one serves with Joy Love & Happiness ~ KJLH ~ Los Angeles Radio Station ~ Immediate Assistance with Personality or as I experienced today with very sharp cookie there ~ Cam is here ~ Very adorable pre-law student who seems to just love life & helping people ~ Just was very thankful for her expedient knowledge & humorous personality ~ Need a lot that during these 'times' 'Cam' is Great ! Also another young lady there at the time quietly & very concientiously helping customers ~ The Owner is of course Extremely Gratious ~ Store is impeccably neat, streamline designed for doing copies, ergonomically 'breezewayed' floor walk / counterspace aplenty, Covid Rules Apropos, well supplied mini display office handy products, notary on site & of course optimal packing supply/packaging items & certain level assist ~ Yes, Locale is lovely in the tree lined promenade of Huntington Drive ~ just a tippy toe to Starbucks ~ Sit & Gather One's Thoughts ~ Surround is a Hail to the 1930's En Flaveur d'Architecture ~ Please respect the Ambiance & Dress Nicely ~ Was a Time that we all did anyway ~.

Hours need to be updated. Came from a different store 20 minutes away because it was "open". Upon my arrival i discover it's closed and doesn't open for another hour like the store I just came from. Waste of time and gas.?

We needed a notary for some financial papers. Greg was a tremendous help! He performed the notary service very professionally and friendly. He was also very helpful in giving us copies of documents and arranging to express mail the docs, sorted appropriately in the envelope. We very highly recommend him and his colleague for your notary services.
