I've never ordered anything from this store until recently it was a cute little makeup bag but the picture online makes it appear larger than it actually is...There were dimensions listed online but those can be wrong sometimes as it has happened to me but anyway, the item came and it was to small so I left a message about retuning it , upon further inspection I noticed the plastic inside liner was torn, so I told them in an mail that I would simply wish to return the item , I was told that I would receive a full refund but the website says minus shipping but nowhere does it state that if the item is defective shipping is or is not refundable I basically paid them to ship me a defective item only to be told no we are not giving you the shipping back so I pretty much paid 17.00 dollars extra for a returned defective item. I would never do business with this company and will make sure I let anyone interested in their merchandise to beware of their return policy they are very deceiving.

Loved everything in store!! I really wanted to have some cocktail napkins monogrammed as a last minute gift and they were able to accommodate a quick turn around for a rush fee. The linen napkins came out stunning and the woman helping us was so kind!!

I have loved this place since they were first opened in the owners garage. They do a great job of staying fresh and innovative ... think the opposite of a Lands End Tote bag. Never have I walked in without wanting so many items for myself or gifts. Today Dana the owner went above and beyond to help me, because I did t pay attention to their store hours. She met me at 7:00 am to make sure I could take my hostess gift with me on a an early flight. She's amazing!, the Shop is amazing!

This is a wonderful Shoppe for specialty monogrammed items. I have been able to find unique gifts for numerous occasions. The owners are delightful and helpful. If you can't stop in, check out their online store.

This place is my little personal piece of heaven on earth!They have everything you can possibly want from home decor in every theme, fabrics, artificial flowers to customize your arrangement and a great holiday section.The staff is super friendly and very helpful. This place makes home goods look tiny. So obsessed with this place!

While I thought The Monogrammed Home was a lovely shop with a great selection of gift items, I have a couple of suggestions. I certainly can understand the argument (especially during the holidays) of having items already gift wrapped and ready to go, when one arrives to pick up his/her monogrammed item - the shop is small and it certainly is more efficient. From the patron's point of view, however, I would like to first see the monogrammed item to make sure it was done correctly before I give it as a gift. We are all human, and mistakes do happen. Also, while I thought the gift wrapping was quite pretty (navy blue tissue paper with black watch plaid ribbon), I was taken aback when I realized the little girls dress I had purchased (roughly $80) was wrapped in a cellophane bag with tissue paper and a ribbon rather than a box. Again, the store was lovely and a great place to find the perfect gift and have it personalized.

My go to store for gifting the ones I love and myself! TMH has a fantastic selection of linens, cosmetic bags, children's items, great finds for men, beautiful gold medallions and so much more. You can find barware, cutting boards, travel items, and just about anything fun and beautiful. They always have something new and interesting and keep their selection fresh. I highly recommend stopping in and then enjoying lunch at one of the cute restaurants on Mission.

Purchased the cutest dress for my daughter and needed it monogrammed for picture day the next day. I live in Calabasas and they not only did it but had it monogrammed 45 min later! The best! Will definitely be returning!

First negative review I've ever given. When I asked about their services, I was told they couldn't monogram towels for Christmas unless I purchased them there. Their towels are the thin Turkish kind. Not appropriate for the person I'm giving the towel to as a gift. She volunteered they wouldn't even do it with a rush charge. I guessed I would have to go elsewhere. OK. But she didn't have to smile and say, "Perfect!" Exceedingly rude sales girl. I'm never returning.

I have bought several items from The Monogrammed Home and every item has turned out beautifully. Catie and Dana have curated the most incredible collection of items that can be personalized in so many different ways. Every last detail is thought of and no matter what the occasion or recipient you will find something to love in their shop. I bought several items for my wedding at The Monogrammed Home. First, I purchased monogrammed robes for my bridesmaids. The robes are so soft and the monogramming turned out very lovely! In addition, I purchased monogrammed hankies for my parents that they both loved. Finally, I brought in a table runner that I purchased elsewhere and an image of our personal monogram from our invites. The shop was able to digitize our monogram image and embroider it on the table runner to use during our reception. This type of service really puts The Monogrammed Home over the top. They will work with you to create the perfect gift. In addition to my wedding items, I have also purchased gifts for other friends and I am always pleased with the results. The Monogrammed Home is my go-to for personalized gifts. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
