Ok, so we had a little issue with the order, but the company stepped up and made it right! I applaud their quick response and everything they did to make it right. I love the product and would definitely recommend them.I ordered a set of 8 stoppers for a total of $27.80 via Amazon.Today I received only 3!!!!! What a huge disappointment. No note, no explanation.Had I known this I would have purchased them when I was out of town this past weekend. A little help please...

My Google review for Tanager Housewares finally compelled the company to reach out to me. Yet they're lying about the whole issue to try and make me look bad? So weird. Blaming the customer for their miscommunication and mishandling of an order is even worse. I reached out to T.H. multiple times via Amazon and received no response. An exchange for the correct item I purchased was the goal, not a refund and a handling fee for their mistake. I suppose T.H. put the price and total out there to try and shame me into sounding petty (nice try), but that doesn't overshadow poor customer service and order fulfillment. T.H. could have included a note in the package saying the other item was sold out and they replaced it with something else (I received no note in the package). Or, T.H. could have reached out to me prior to shipping to ask me if I wanted that option -- I would have cancelled my purchase. My review holds -- what an annoying experience.BUYER BEWARE: This company will mail you the wrong item, then charge you, the buyer, a handling fee for the return/exchange process. They don't respond to written messages. I spoke with Amazon reps multiple times to resolve a proper and fair refund, as my goal of an exchange could not be made. What's more is this company is based in own neighborhood of Pasadena. I'm baffled it's so hard for them to resolve a proper exchange with a local? Shockingly horrible order fulfillment and customer service.

The store people are, always, helpful. And, many times if they don't know the answer to my question, they would try and find out the answers. Sad that they are closing in a few weeks (end of June 2018). But rejoice ... there is a Store Closing Sale going on ...
