I have purchased three amazing one of a kind pieces from Single Stone. Each time was a personalized shopping experience that really matched me and my spouse with a jaw-dropping piece of jewelry that expresses my sentiments perfectly. The store is bright and airy and shopping is a breeze. They are a full service jeweler. Looking forward to the next time!

I would say customer service is the reason one chooses to frequent a business. I have never been more disappointed in my dealings with Single Stone. We have purchased many pieces from them over the years. One of which, a diamond band, literally broke in half. When I went in and asked them to stand behind their product, they accused me, the customer, of lying and claimed that I must have had the ring sized somewhere else, which I had not. Then they offered to fix their shoddy workmanship for $5300. Needless to say, I asked them to return the remnants of my ring and I will never buy anything from them again. I suggest you don't either.

I spotted a Single Stone band (Large Gabby- Rose Cut) when visiting Charleston, SC about two years ago and I simply haven't been able to get her out of my mind. My husband and I are celebrating our 13th anniversary in a few weeks and we thought this was the perfect opportunity to upgrade my set from a single band that went missing a few years ago (oops!) to a 3-band stack. I'm pretty active and rough on my hands so I opted for rings that are flush against my skin and do not protrude, but I wanted something unique and cool and versatile. Eye-catching, but understated... minimalist, but with pizzazz! I thought it was an impossible task, honestly. I live in Oklahoma City so visiting the store in person on the tail end of a pandemic wasn't really an option- I worked long distance with Lindsay to get the sizing right- and we opted for different sizes for some of the stack in order to accomplish the loose, but secure fit that I wanted- I am really particular about how things feel/fit. The virtual sizing was perfect, the stack arrived and is absolutely a dream. Worth every penny and every second I waited for my truly custom pieces. I'll be adding more pieces from Single Stone for SURE.

Heidi, Corina, and the rest of the Single Stone team provided excellent help to me through the process of choosing and purchasing an engagement ring. It was initially intimidating for me to even start looking as I had little jewelry or diamond experience. However, they made me feel comfortable throughout the process and were patient with me as I learned about different styles and designs. We went through many concepts and were eventually able to design a beautiful, special ring for my now fiancé! I’m thankful for the great service provided and would highly recommend them!

My husband and I recently went into Single Stone SM to get an engagement ring reset for our 5yr anniversary. We set up an appointment easily online and met with Heidi who was so helpful! She brought the ring in that I liked on their online site and magically was the correct size and all. Heidi helped facilitate the entire process and we felt safe leaving the original engagement ring with Single Stone. Received our newly set ring last week and couldn't be happier with the outcome. Thanks Heidi for helping and delivering on such a beautiful piece.

My partner and I could not be happier with our rings or the process of getting them with Single Stone. (Ok, *maybe* we would've been happier if we didn't have to wait 6 weeks to get them, but hey, we were impatient and very excited.) The San Marino shop was the third jeweler we saw in our hunt and my partner still had no idea of what kind of ring she wanted. Heidi was patient and extremely helpful in figuring that out - allowing her to try every ring on, answering all of our questions and then letting her try every ring on once again. After she decided on the Caroline, Heidi sourced the. Perfect. Diamond. (It's actually a VVS2, so technically it's a little less than perfect.) Having my stack already picked out from another jeweler, I came along for the ride - and to pay for my partner's ring - but because her experience was so delightful, I ended up working with Single Stone to make my stack there instead. I am so glad I did. Between visiting the shop, corresponding with Heidi and the end result, I cannot thank Single Stone enough. See you when we come in to get them cleaned!
