Have been a customer with San Marino Mailbox for a while and absolutely recommend the service. Mailbox is 24/7 available and plenty of steet parking. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to avoid long line in a UPS store.

Fairly new to the area and happened to stumble upon this business when trying to find a drop off location for a package. They take UPS, FedEx, DHL and USPS! I no longer have to drive to different locations! They have an onsite notary too. Will be coming back for sure.

I've been a mailbox holder for a few years now and have never had an issue with my mail or my packages. The services here are very convenient, Especially the notary service with Grace. She is quick and efficient. Thank you San Marino Mailbox.

I have been a customer at San Marino mailbox for quite some time now and its been nothing but, great quality service from Grace and Brenda. I understand it is a bit pricey but, it is worth it considering that my mail box is 24/7 available and it is properly organized. First time at this location and I will be going back. It is conveniently on my way to work and there's plenty of street parking. The interior of the location was clean, the service was great, and the staff was very helpful. I recently started selling some of my items online and don't know much about shipping. I loved that there was no wait which meant I could ask my many questions. Not only did Brenda patiently help me with my shipping label, she also answered all of my questions. If you need to send out a package, they are the ones to go to.

I enjoy coming to San Marino Mailbox because the staff is very respectful and they make it a point to go above and beyond for their customers. I've worked over 25 years in customer service and I would recommend this place to anyone. I'm very pleased and grateful for their efforts and service.

I've been a customer of San Marino Mailbox for a couple years now, and I'm as happy with them now as I was when I first started using their service. I live in a residence I share with a few other people, and I appreciate the privacy and security I get from having my mail delivered to a different location. I'm able to check my mailbox whenever is convenient for me any time of the day, 24/7. I rarely have to ship anything, but when I do, the clerks Grace and Brenda are always friendly and helpful. And it's much better than waiting in a long line at the post office and dealing with grumpy government workers, especially at the holidays. Even when they're busy, the clerks always greet me with a smile and acknowledgment that they'll help me as soon as possible. Yes, the mailbox rental may cost a little more than at USPS, but I'd rather deal with the super sweet clerks at San Marino any day. Also you have to remember, this is a small, locally owned business and not a government subsidized post office, so the prices may be a bit higher, but the customer service is much better. 5 stars, highly recommended.

I was pleased to go in to San Marino mailbox for a last minute shipment on Saturday before Christmas, UPS had just come by and the wonderful lady assisting me even offered to drop my package off after she closed, (considering I'm an elderly person). Such wonderful service and so convenient, the lines and wait is nothing like at USPS, which sadly I've had not the greatest encounters. I will definitely be coming back for any services in the future! And I definitely recommend. Great service.

Poor Service, with a High Price! Get a P.O. Box instead. Ever since Pamela ZP took over/purchased this mailbox store a few years, mail has "disappeared", etc, and she is always trying to increase prices for non-existent service, not to mention other privacy concerns. She doesn't even deliver mail on Saturdays. For most small P.O. boxes the cost for the year is $166, and you can get packages delivered to P.O. boxes, where mail delivery is more reliable and secure. Currently Pamela is charging $200 a year for the small box at SanMarino Malbox, and that's with a couple of price increases over the last few years. You would think she would try to be comparable to the post office prices. Pamela thinks she is providing some unique service that doesn't exist elsewhere. Everyone else should go elsewhere! There were other poor reviews about her business, but somehow she got those taken down. This has been our personal experience, and this dishonesty seems to be habit for Ms. Pamela, as was the case in her other business(es) such as Adia Home Health, as explained in their reviews as well (complaining of taking advantage of elderly persons in several regards).

Update 12/21/22 - I've been using this mailbox for at least 6 years now and it has been very reliable. I sometimes see packages left at the counter over the weekend but that's the fault of the delivery driver delivering packages after hours. There's a sign that clearly asks drivers not to leave packages when the counter is closed. You get email notifications when you receive a package that's too big for your box. The Amazon locker is also very convenient.This cozy mailbox station is tucked away on Chelsea Rd along the side of the building that faces Huntington Dr. Checked around at a few different mailbox companies in Pasadena, South Pasadena, Arcadia, San Gabriel and Alhambra. This rate was one of the lowest out of all of them. The counter hours are from 10-5:30 Mon-Fri but that's not really an issue since the boxes are still accessible from 7-9 everyday including Sat delivery. Unless you can only pick up mail in the dead of night, you'll be fine.

The service is really good here but lacking days and lacking hours. I wished they opened at least Saturdays as weekdays I work. Their hours are also during work hours so it makes it difficult for someone working to pick up bigger items. I rather they close one weekday to accommodate for a Saturday. Getting the smaller mail is easy of course. It’s 24/7. They do have an Amazon locker here and that’s great. They also do gift wraps here and shipping services which sometimes is convenient but does cost more.

Quick and efficient. The staff were pleasant to work with. Was there for notary services and was in and out in about 10 minutes.
